"I can't believe you're leaving me. This is the worst day of my life." My best friend groaned.

"I thought the worst day of your life was when I almost died." Evan piped in.

"Not everything is about you, asshole." Jake told his boyfriend.

I watched the two go back and forth happily since it took the heat off of me. Jake had been mad when I'd told him I was moving. I think he was just going through the stages of grief. He'd be fine.

"Oh please your whole life revolves around my ass." Evan teased.

"Not my fault you have a great ass." Jake defended.

"Guys you're here to help me pack not get into each other's pants." I cut them off.

"I hate packing." Evan groaned.

"I don't want you to leave so why would I help you pack?" Jake added.

I was seriously regretting inviting them over. I loved them I swear I did. They were my best friends but sometimes I did second guess it.

They were insufferable when they wanted to be.

"I don't think anything else can fit in my car."

I turned and found the smile spreading across my face. God I loved that man.

Reid walked in looking about as exhausted as I knew I was. We'd been doing most of the work packing up his car with my things. We still had my car to pack and I'd called in Jake and Evan to help.

Even with the exhaustion I felt that buzz of excitement. After six months of doing the distance thing and trying to go back and forth Reid and I had decided to give this a real shot.

I looked for a new job and we found a place that was just ours. Part of me was sad to leave home, to move away from my best friend. But I was excited to be close to Reid, to come home to him every day.

I knew I'd see Jake, he would bother me every chance he got.

"If these two would actually help I think we could pack my car before it's time to eat." I said eyeing my friends.

"I'm only helping because the way you packed that last box made me want to throw you out a window." Jake grabbed one of the empty boxes and went to start emptying my closet.

"Sure." I nodded knowing my best friend was just being a little dramatic.

"I can't wait for this to be over." Reid walked over practically falling into my arms.

"Me too, I just want to go to bed next to you tonight and be done with packing." I pressed a kiss to his forehead feeling nothing but joy.

"I told Ronan we'd go by the house tomorrow and go through what's left to see what we want." Reid looked at me apologetically.

Shortly after we told Ronan about us moving in together both him and Tiff had decided to sell the house. It was time for them to move out and start somewhere fresh without all the past memories weighing them down. I was happy for both Reid and Ronan for finally getting out of that house.

They'd come out on the other side and they had both found happiness.

"Fine but after that I'm done with packing." I told him.

"Is this a bad time to remind you guys you have to unpack all this crap?" Evan asked.

"God I hate him." I groaned dropping my forehead against Reid's.

"No you don't." My boyfriend laughed.

"We should get back to packing, the quicker we are done the quicker I can get away from Evan."
