After reaching the emergency room with Cameron and the paramedics, Jisoo had planned to stay there to wait for the others and take care of Rose, but she was asked to follow the doctors who took the guy in and took him on. And to be honest, in all the rush, the explanations of what exactly had happened, what blows had been struck and what help had been rendered on the spot, Jisoo didn't even have time to remember what floor the elevator had brought them to or what corridors they were moving through. It wasn't until the boy was wheeled into the operating room that she was able to look around a little and realize that she had no idea how to find her way back, and she didn't have much energy for that. She sank tiredly into the nearest chair in the long hallway, deciding that there were enough people around with Rose as it was, so she should wait until the surgery was over to find out Cameron's condition. Not that she was all that worried about the guy, but his condition depended on how much trouble Rose might be in.

She seemed to doze off, because she didn't notice the moment when Jennie was in front of her, squatting and looking anxiously at her face.

-Can I take you home?- Jennie offered quietly, gently squeezing her palms in her own.

-No, I'm fine. There are far more important things to do. Like this.- Jisoo sighed, taking one of the girl's hands and lifting it palm up to show Jennie that the bandage was soaked with blood.- Your wound has reopened. Obviously, you're going to keep doing your crazy stuff and keep her up, so we need to find someone here to stitch it up.

-Can't you do it yourself?

-I don't work here.- Jisoo shrugged.- They can't let just anyone come in and do whatever they want. That's the way it is in all hospitals. I had no right to touch Cameron, either. I hope he's gonna be okay.

-Wait, are you going to get in trouble for saving that idiot's life?- Jennie immediately tensed up.

-It's not a big deal. - Jisoo dismissed it, not wanting to think about the risk of interfering with the paramedics' work right now, considering it wasn't her shift. - How's Rose?

-She was taken for a checkup. Ella and Lisa stayed with her. Dylan came up, too, he's on the night shift. I think your friend could have used his help or a couple of sedatives, because she almost attacked the nurse, who, in her opinion, didn't call the doctor fast enough. She moved to the chair next to Jisoo to avoid her direct gaze.- I don't understand what happened to Rose. Lisa kept saying all the way that we were all blind jerks, and Rose was a dumb chicken. That shit on her stomach, because it didn't appear in an instant....

-It's probably because of that punch from Cameron. - Jisoo nodded.

-But that was the first day. Hell, it had basically been three days and she hadn't said a word. She must have felt that something was wrong.- Jennie turned to Jisoo, a look of pain and incomprehension on her face.- I saw that she was dark and quiet, but I thought it was Ella or work. Why wasn't she talking?

-I don't know.- Jisoo said honestly, pulling the girl to her.- From what I saw, she must have felt pain.
