Chapter 109: Plans and New System Function

[3rd POV]

Later that night, after the group had found their new room, and Gwen had massively improved it through various runes, spells, and some minor space manipulation, the room was now bigger. As in the size of a small home big.

The girls were all cuddled up against her in their large bed specially made by Gwen, as Gwen was sitting back, thinking over what her plans for this world were going to be, and what she wanted to do for fun. She planned on staying in the RWBY universe until at least after the Vale festival, and after she dealt with Salem and the Brother Gods.

But she also knew that she needed to find something else to do during that time, as otherwise she would get bored...quickly.

'Working on making some new magic could be nice. And absorbing all the grimm around the world is a natural choice, one that will be happening either way. The power they give is pretty minimal, but when there's so many of them out there, it will add up pretty quickly. The brother God's will be dying one way or another, as they're not exactly good people. And absorbing them will be a good idea with all the power they have. As while they may not be true Gods, they certainly have more power than most' Gwen thought, as she silently stroked Artemis's hair, as she cuddled against her, a smile on the girls face as she did so.

'Seeing if the girls can finally develop their semblances is a must, as it'll be helpful for them in the future worlds I've got planned, even if the semblance is weak. But...I doubt they will be. And learning about some of the technology of this world could prove useful too, even if most of it his behind and pretty reliant on dust and other minerals native to this world. Dust is another thing I should probably look into, as they could prove useful, even if only a little bit' Gwen thought with a hum, knowing that dust wasn't particularly strong, but it had some serious potential in terms of technological development.

'Getting one type of each dust will be the first thing I need to do, preferably the most pure of them. Gravity dust being the most important, as using that, I could start producing some...interesting pieces of tech. And with the worlds I've got planned after the next one...I'll have to start producing more of the technology I got stuffing this brain of mine' Gwen thought. She knew that eventually she'd be going to Marvel comics, and a universe like that is not one that she can take lightly, especially in the case of her girlfriends. The best way to protect them, is to make technology that can help them, and teach them to protect themselves. But that was for the future.

'It's too bad that I won't be getting any real challenges in this world except the brother gods, and I doubt even they can compare anymore. Especially with all the sacred gears, authorities, and noble phantasm's I've got just waiting to be used' Gwen sighed, as she was slightly disappointed at the fact that she won't be getting any challenges in this world, besides the brother gods, and she somehow doubted they'd be much of a fight.

[Host, the system has recently unlocked a new function that may help in that regard, would you like to review it?]

Blinking at those words, Gwen stared at the words of the system with furrowed eyebrows 'And why didn't you tell me this earlier, system? A new function sounds interesting, and if it's anything like the trade up system you added, then it's probably powerful' Gwen thought, inwardly asking why the system didn't tell her of such a thing.

[It had not been fully implemented until earlier today]

'...Alright, lay it on me' Gwen thought, deciding to see what this new function was all about.
