[3rd POV]
Turns out having thousands of individuals moving into your city at the same time, was...nice. Not to mention easy, once she had spread her clones out to aid in the moving. And that was the Xavier school alone, as even the teachers, once finding out that all the students were moving to Malzif, had also moved, with the mansion becoming nothing more than a simple place to meet on Earth, as well as a place that she placed a teleporter in, allowing them to go to and from there should they need to for whatever reason.
With the Xavier students moving into their new school, and rapidly adapting to the new changes (The very welcome ones), Gwen had to deal with the rapid changes that were coming to the city. Like the fact that she had the beginnings of a working economy, people with jobs and a lot of things that would eventually need people manning them.
For now her clones were dealing with most of the brunt work, like the very unenjoyable paperwork, but eventually she would need actual people to do this part, as Malzif could not rely entirely on her. It needed actual workers with actual jobs and an actual economy, which is why she was spreading tens of thousands of clones around the world.
Their sole directive being to recruit and find as many mutants as possible, to find ALL mutants and recruit them.
The remaining facilities that experimented on and used mutants were destroyed, and the inhabitants taken to Malzif in which they would then be protected, taught, and healed with her superior technology made to help with this sort of thing.
From this constant work, her clones had found, saved, recruited, and brought in tens of thousands of mutants around the world. From men, women, children, to the elderly. All were brought to the city of mutants, and given a new home.
By the time the City of Mutants had been the home of Xavier's school for a month, it housed over 100,000 mutants, and 25,000 humans. All of them working, going to school, or something else that contributed to the city. All within a singular month, showing just how horribly the mutants were being treated, that they would gladly move so quickly.
And that was only a month of work.

[10 Months later]
By the time she had the city up and running for a total of 11 months, she had found and gathered nearly every mutant on planet Earth, completed several quests, and finished her teaching quest. She had completed a total of 8 other quests, ranging from small time stuff like working on her city, to big stuff like completing a rather important project of hers.
The Eye of Harmony

[Flashback, 4 months earlier]
Deep in the middle of space, where no other beings lived, in a corner of an abandoned galaxy, Gwen floated in front of a sun. A sun that was in the process of turning into a black hole, a sun that would become the basis for the Eye of Harmony, an immense source of energy that was superior to anything else in this universe, bar perhaps the Power Stone itself.
'It's about to start' Gwen thought, feeling the changes within the star as it began to warp and change, as she made time move faster around it, so that it would go faster.
She watched as it began to slowly collapse in on itself, and began its process of turning into a black hole.
Watching the process, Gwen grinned as she stretched her hand out, and breathed in deeply.
Deep within her, the power of the infinity stones began to react as she began to call upon them, her figure glowing as space and time around her crackled, energy pouring out of her in waves as she spoke.
