Maagang pumasok si Elmo sa opisina dahil ngayon ang araw ng pagdating ng representative ng SJC sa kumpanya nila. Magtatayo ng bagong building ang SJC sa Makati at ang FMC Builders ang nakakuha ng project. Habang naghihintay, hindi niya maiwasang isipin ang panaginip niya. Hindi siya masyadong nakatulog dahil sa panaginip na iyon.
ELMO POV: I have to go back to our house. Maybe it’s in my room or somewhere inside that house. (iniisip ang CD)
SANDY: (kumatok then pumasok) Sir, nandyan na po yung representative ng SJC. Papunta na po sila sa Conference Room with the President.
ELMO: (tumayo) Ok, let’s go.
CONFERENCE ROOM:
ELMO: (naghihintay kasama ang si Sandy at Marvin na assistant niya)
FRANCIS: (pumasok kasama ang mga bisita)
ELMO: Good morning.
FRANCIS: (smile) Good morning. (harap sa mga kasama) Ladies and gentlemen this is my son Mr. Moses Magalona, the VP of FMC Builders. (pakilala kay Elmo)
ELMO: Welcome to our company. I’m Moses Magalona. (A/N: Moses ang pangalan ni Elmo sa business. Pamilya at mga kaibigan lang niya ang tumatawag sa kanya ng Elmo.)
FRANCIS: This is Mr. Nathan San Jose, the President and CEO of SJC. With him is his wife, Mrs. Lory San Jose and their daughter, the General Manager of SJC, Ms. Julie Anne San Jose. (pakilala sa mga kasama)
NATHAN: (tiningnan sa mata si Elmo) It’s good to see you, Mr. Magalona. (shake hands)
ELMO: (shake hands) Same here, Sir.
NATHAN: I hope we’ll have a good business relationship in the future.
ELMO: We’ll work on that, Sir.
NATHAN: (napangiti) Good. Anyway, I heard you’re in-charge of our building project. You’ll be working with my daughter on this project so I hope everything will out right.
ELMO: Yes, Sir. (tiningnan si Julie at bumilis ang tibok ng dibdib)
FRANCIS: Okay, let’s start the meeting.
Umupo ang lahat. Ipinaliwanag ni Francis ang gagawin sa project habang nakikinig ang lahat. Nakaupo si Elmo sa harap at katabi ang assistant na si Marvin. Sa harap naman niya nakaupo si Mr. San Jose katabi ang asawa nito na katabi naman si Julie.
Hindi maiwasang tingnan ni Elmo si Julie ng palihim dahil sa naramdaman niya kanina.
ELMO POV: Bakit ganito ang pakiramdam ko? Nagkita na ba tayo dati? (medyo sumakit ang ulo at may naalala)
ELMO POV: What was that?

FRANCIS: So, that’s it. Any suggestions, Mr. San Jose?
ELMO: (napatingin sa ama) (POV: I have to focus on the business first. I’ll find out everything soon.) (palihim na tiningnan si Julie)
NATHAN: (nakangiti) What more can I ask for? That was excellent! I really love doing business with FMC. You just give the best satisfaction to your clients. We’ll just have to put all of that in the project.
FRANCIS: Thank you, Nathan. It’s all up to Julie and Elmo to finish the task at hand. (tiningin sa dalawa) We’ll leave the rest of the job to you guys.
NATHAN: We hope you guys will get along well in this project.
JULIELMO: Yes, Sir.
NATHAN: We’ll leave two alone para makapag-usap kayo. Elmo, I’ll leave my daughter in your care.
ELMO: Yes, Sir.
Umalis na sila Francis at Nathan at naiwan sa conference room sila Julie at Elmo para pag-usapan ang project.
ELMO: (tumayo at lumapit kay Julie) Hi.
JULIE: (tiningnan si Elmo at tumayo)
ELMO: (hinga-malalim) Uhm, should we start discussing the project?
JULIE: Sure.
ELMO: Ok. (umupo at nilapag ang folder sa table)
JULIE: (umupo din sa tabi ni Elmo)
ELMO: Aside from what the President has presented, here is a more detailed plan for the project. (inabot kay Julie)
JULIE: (kinuha ang folder at binasa) This is good.
ELMO: We can go to the site later so you can see the whole land. We’ve already started the construction.
JULIE: Good idea.
ELMO: Ok. (smile) Let’s go on with this. Uhm? What should I call you by the way?
JULIE: (POV: Nice smile.)(matipid na smile) Uhm, just call me Julie or Anne. Any way you want. You?
ELMO: Just call me Elmo or Moses. (smile)
JULIE: Okay. (smile)
Pinag-usapan nila ang plano para sa itatayong building. Formal ang naging pag-uusap nila at purely business.
ELMO: (tapos na magpaliwanag) So, that’s all. You have anything on your mind? Wanna change anything?
JULIE: (nakatingin sa sketch plan) This is great! No wonder Dad trust your company so well. (smile)
ELMO: (smile) And we’re thankful for that.
JULIE: (tiningnan si Elmo at nag-smile) Can we go to the site now?
ELMO: Sure. (tumayo) Let’s go?
JULIE: (tumayo) Let’s go.
SA CAR:
ELMO: (nagda-drive) Wanna grab some lunch first before going to the site?
JULIE: (napatingin sa relo) Oh, it’s lunch already, I didn’t noticed!
ELMO: (napangiti) Yeah, me too.
JULIE: (tiningnan si Elmo) Maybe we can have lunch somewhere near the site.
ELMO: (tiningnan saglit si Julie at tumango) Ok. There’s a good place around that area, we can eat there.
JULIE: Great! (smile)
