*Unknown POV*

I can't believe it! She is finally going to break up with him! Yes! I know I probably shouldn't have and it was so wrong of me to do, but I couldn't help and overhear Ashton and Maggie's fight on the pier. Maybe I can finally admit my feelings to her. After all I have been in love with her since 6th grade. I guess now that she has no guy lingering around her I can come out of the shadows.

*Seth's POV*
(FIRST TIME!!)

What do I do? I mean she's single. Should I just walk up and say 'Yo! Date me!' I mean that works on other girls... Then again she's not like other girls, knowing her she would probably kick me where the sun don't shine. I smile thinking about the first time she spoke to me, well the group, she put Derek in his place.

*flashback*

"What are people like you doing back here? I thought only intelligent people came into the library."

"Woah! Who lit the fuse on your tampon?" Derek replied smirking I chuckle along mindlessly with my friends at his comeback. When we were waiting for her to retaliate, I saw her starting to get up, not expecting much. Until...

*smack*

The sound ricocheted throughout the whole library.

"Jeez woman!" Derek hissed while craddling his cheek.

*smack*

This time he kept his mouth shut. I'm guessing girls don't like being called woman I thought to myself, making a mental note.

"Next time you plan on being a jerk warn me so I can slap you before hand." She storms off and I stand there jaw dropped in shock and a hint of admiration in my eyes.

*end of flashback*

"Dude are you even listening?!" Derek shouts at me, snapping me out of my thoughts.

I clear my throat, "Sorry bro. What did you say?"

Derek groans, obviously annoyed with having to repeat himself, "I said, I don't know what came over me. Its like I had to make Ashton ticked off. I mean like I wasn't even myself anymore and it was like I needed Ashton to get angry at me to feel better. And Maggie, she was so confused. I would to, I mean 'It's like she's falling for me more than you, jealous?' How stupid could I get?!" Derek runs a hand roughly through his hair as I smirk at him before he snaps at me, "What?!"

I  smirk bigger before answering,"You have a crush."

His face changes from angry to confused, "What? Seth what are you talking about?"

"Maggie." I say in a 'duh' tone, "You obviously are crushing on her."

"No I'm not. You're delusional from your love sickness."

"You're lieing!"

Derek punches me in the stomach as I let out a grunt of pain, "No I'm not. Now let it go."
