§The Promposal§
~This chapter switches between POV'S very often. So just bear with me, cuz it's for good reason.~
Recap of what happened last chapter:
Okay. So I will walk up to him and make him take me to prom. He owes me anyways...
There he is. I walk up to him and take a deep breath, "You take me- prom. No excuses."
He smiles and raises his eyebrow, "What? Princess you still make sentences that don't make sense when you're nervous?"
I nod and sigh, "Ask me to prom."
Karla walks up to her locker and raises her eyebrow at us, "Okay... Will you go to prom with me?" He sends me a questioning look.
I smile, "I'll think about it." I turn on my heel and walk away.
"What the hell Peach?" I ignore him and continue to walk into my first hour. Karla looks between us with a glare and I smirk at her.
Let the games begin.
End of recap. Enjoy!

"What was that about?" Derek asks while stepping into sync with me.
I smile at him, "Nothing. Jack just asked me to prom."
He stops walking and looks at me, "What? And you're going with him?"
I make a face and nod, "Yeah... Why?"
He clenches his hands into fists and shrugs, "Nothing. I'm just a little shocked as to why you wanna go with him."
We start walking again and I respond, "Well he's my best friend. It's not like anyone else was gonna ask me..."
"You don't know that." I give him a dubious look and he shrugs, "You don't. You could've just broken some poor bastards heart."
I roll my eyes and walk to my seat, "Yeah right."
Derek sighs and we sit. Mr.Sharden walks in and starts his daily lecture as Derek leans back in his seat staring at me.

"Will you quit it?" I whisper fiercely.
Derek smirks and pokes me again, "What's wrong sweet cheeks? Can't focus?"
I groan and slap his hand away, "You're so annoying."
"Derek. Stop flirting with Maggie so she can get my homework done."
I blush as Derek punches Seth in the arm. He's not flirting with me. That's not possible... Right?
~Derek's POV(FIRST TIME!!)~
I smack the back of Seth's head and he whimpers, "Idiot! I hate you!"
He chuckles while rubbing the back of his head, "Was I wrong?"
I glare at him and mutter some curses, "Shut up."
He smirks and pats my back, "So when are you planning on telling her?"
I roll my eyes, "Never."
He looks at me, "What? Dude. You have to tell her. Come on. Just ask her to prom or something."
I grit my teeth and unpause the game, "I can't. She's going with Jack."
He punches a few buttons, "Yeah. That's fake."
