A vmin au where cat hybrid Jimin helps his wolf hybrid boyfriend Taehyung who struggles with his intense, painful rut that lasts for days.

Yk, Taehyung adores his kitten boyfriend so much. Especially when Jimin takes his knot like a champ though his petite body isn't made to take one.

Taehyung recalls their first intimate encounter, where he hesitated to knot Jimin due to fear of hurting him. Jimin had made his life a living hell after it, refusing to let Taehyung touch him for weeks that in the end he had to beg his boyfriend, like literally get down on his knees, to take him back.

The next time they fucked, Jimin gave him a glare that was enough to make Taehyung know that his knot was serious business for his boyfriend. So he was blackmailed (more like tempted) into knotting Jimin. Who can blame him? Park Jimin is a seducer. Or simply, Taehyung is no saint when Jimin presents his ass to him.

If he didn't take the bait, his small boyfriend would tighten his legs around his hips, pulling him close to wrap his arms around his neck and bring his face to Jimin's neck.

If Taehyung was still strong enough to not give in, Jimin would play his last card.

"Taehyungie", Jimin's voice is a sultry breathless whisper of his name, the kind that made Taehyung come embarrassingly fast once, "Mark me up and make me yours".

Park Jimin's supple pink lips would be parted, his eyelids hooded with desire, that it still baffles Taehyung how he is the predator here, trying to evade his prey.

Taehyung struggles to resist, and ultimately manages to maintain control.

Taehyung thought he lost this time too, but he managed to keep his cool, acting unaffected. He instead focussed pounding Jimin into the mattress and making him come on his knot.

As soon as Jimin realizes he lost, the male resolves to grumbling his ear off.

Jimin might be coming down from his high as he snuggles into his chest, tucking his head under Taehyung's chin, rubbing his head under his jaw. Taehyung most likely will be twitching and spurting, come inside Jimin when his whine turns into little nips.

Jimin's plush mouth would nibble his scent gland, kisses, and kitten licks later turning into sharp teeth branding over his jugular, bringing a jump in his pulse. Not that his heart beat was already booming like thunder.

Taehyung knows where this is going. He is the one who refuses to mate Jimin. Well, that doesn't stop his boyfriend from mating him.

As expected, he felt a sharp pain at his shoulder where he knows Jimin's feline teeth pierced the skin to sink into his flesh. The pain was fleeting, not strong enough to hurt, though he was quite sure Jimin had sunk it with all his might to resemble a mating bite to the best of his ability.

It lies a lot away from his gland for it to be treated like a real bite. If his boyfriend is irritated, his first target spot would be the gland itself. Jimin's fangs are too short to make a wound that lasts or reach deep, so the bites Taehyung gets there are often painful when he gets pricked.

As the pain dissipates, Taehyung chuckles, no doubt endeared by his boyfriend.

This earns him a deliberate nip to his neck, meant to draw blood.

"Ouch, that didn't hurt, kitten", Taehyung teases his boyfriend, who is trying to decide whether to grumble or focus on marking Taehyung up. It's when he couldn't decide on one did he start purring.

To compensate for not being able to make a mark that lasts forever, Jimin litters teeth marks all over his neck and shoulder, by the end of which, Taehyung's neck aches like there's no tomorrow. However, he indulges his boyfriend, so in love with Jimin to care about his discomfort. The bruises are of varieties of shape, some small as if Jimin ditched it to pursue something better, some large enough to let Taehyung know that he will feel it for days.

As the exhaustion of endless fucking catches up to him, Jimin falls asleep in his arms, surrendering to the fatigue in his bones. Taehyung gently wipes his boyfriend's body down, and before Jimin closes his eyes for sleep, he whispers the same sentence every time.

"Promise me nothing will change between us", his eyes unsure, and Taehyung knows he is seeking assurance from him. That despite having no mark to tether them together, Taehyung will not stop loving him.

"I promise" Taehyung boops Jimin's nose and kisses his temple.

Ps: It's total chaos when the two show up in front of their friends after Taehyung broke out of his rut.

Jimin gets teased endlessly for chomping on his shoulder like a toddler going through his teething phase.

Namjoon offers him supplements to help heal the marks, Jungkook gives up his drink for him, and Jin skips over to Jimin to pat his boyfriend's shoulder.

If nobody but Jimin knows about the array of hickeys that Taehyung made and Jimin hides, mostly on his inner thighs, then it's no one's business.
