"Miss Ana!"
Ana was at a gala event. She would receive an award for the best Actress of the year. She expected a quiet night until...
"So, tell us, Miss Ana, do you have a boyfriend?"
"I have a husband. I am married."
"No way! What is his name? The viewers would like to know!"
"I prefer to keep that private, unfortunately. But thank you for always supporting me, it truly means a lot."
"Thank you Ana for your time. Congrats in advance."
"Thank you."
She went into the venue, happy that she could stop the questioning before it became too much. She made sure to play her cards well, or else, her persona would be ruined.
She couldn't want anyone... not even her boss...
Knew that Ana, the actress was married to Dante Monte.

Dante was at the same event too. He was to receive the best actor of the year. The weird thing about this was that they didn't go together - luckily people never wondered why. Their impressive acting skills were enough to silence everyone.
"So, Mr. Dante, do you have a 'special' person in your life?"
"Yes, I do. She is my wife."
"Did she come with you?"
"Yes, but she went in ahead of me."
"Oh? Okay, well congrats in advance!"
"Thank you."
The difference between Dante, and Ana, was that he used riddles to confuse journalists and presenters alike.
But the question was:
How long could they keep up?

AWARD CEREMONY
"And the Best Actress Award goes to..."
"Miss Ana!"
The audience went into an uproar. It was the event of a lifetime seeing their favorite actress win her 3rd award for Best Actress. They never got tired of seeing that. She went up to the stage to give her speech. She could have reasoned that she has received the same award three years in a row.
But there she was, getting all teary as she was about to begin her speech.
"Oh wow... I... I..."
That was all she could say. Each time, it felt like a new experience, which made the people love her more.
"Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, for each and everyone's support in my acting career, I appreciate everyone so, so much."
Another fit of applause was given to Ana. She overcame many challenges to get where she is today. People back then didn't believe in her ability to perform or act for the rest of her teenage years. It wasn't until a director saw her performing a monologue by herself in the theater that her rise to fame began. No wonder it was always emotional for her whenever she received a reward.
It is a reminder of the injustices she overcame. The negativity she fought against to be where she is today.

"The Best Actor goes to..."
"Dante Monte!"
He went up to the stage to collect his award. Four years in a row is no joke.
But there he was - collecting another award for the best actor for the fourth time.
"Wow! I am in deep gratitude to all those who were right behind me. My mentor, movie directors, and most importantly..."
"My co-star, Ana Zacks!"
Everyone clapped hands for Dante. His speech was short, yet so profound. He thanked everyone who supported him, including his co-star.
"I would like Ana to come up please."
"Ooooh," everyone said, anticipating the moment between their favorite actors.
Ana, confused, went up to the stage to join Dante. He pulled her to the corner where he asked them to take one of the biggest risks of their lives...
One that would ruin their quiet life.
Dante and Ana walk back to the platform, hand-in-hand, intriguing the audience's interest.
"My lovely co-star Ana Zacks has been a wonderful support for me, and I am truly grateful to have her in my life."
The auditorium was silent. Dante turned to look at Ana.
"You ready?"
Ana after some seconds, gave Dante a smile and a nod, "Yeah."
Dante looked at the audience.
"I know many have been interested in our love lives, and you may be confused with the current situation, but we have an announcement to make."
Ana and Dante exclaimed, "We are married."
The hall remained silent.
"Whoo!" the audience shouted, clapping hands for the couple, who are the best actors in the country, announcing their marriage on a live broadcast.
"And the lovely, beautiful wife I spoke about earlier..."
Dante kissed her on the cheek.
"She - Ana Monte, is my best friend, supporter, and the best wife I could ever have."
"And he is the best husband, friend, and supporter I could ever ask for."
"And thank you for always supporting us!" they said, getting off the stage.
People were congratulating them and of course...
Fans want autographs from both of them. That never stopped, but those were the perks of their career - paparazzi, fans, cameras, the works.
Although Ana wondered why her husband, Dante, decided to tell the world about their marital status, she knew that as long as they both lived...
Happiness, despite their demanding career, will abound always.
