I missed school for a whole week. And what more do you have left to do with yourself when you're alone and can't go anywhere?
You think.

I've been thinking a lot for the past couple of days and I've come to a conclusion. I was going to talk to Jude.

After my talk with Nonna, I realized some things I maybe didn't do correctly. But there were some things that weren't my fault at all either.

I went back and forth between even bothering talking to Jude. I even came to my first conclusion that I wouldn't , I just changed my mind about it two days ago that I was doing this.

So when I returned back to school today, I steered clear of everyone for the most part. Besides everyone asking me if I was alright and feeling better, school went alright. I had a bunch of missing work to catch up on this weekend.

I knew how to be charming and persuasive so in order to find Jude's address, all I had to do was pretend like he was my tutor and charm my way into making the secretary tell me. It wasn't hard at all, I just gave her compliments and because she already knew who I was, she was easy to fool.

So After school, hoping he came straight home, I drove to his house. I imagined what his house would look like on the drive here.

In my imagination, it was white and had a lot of windows. Maybe he had a dog, looking out the window. And a black picket fence surrounding his front yard. I couldn't imagine him living in a very rich expensive house. Not because he didn't look it but because of the way he carried himself, he was humble.

But everyone that went to our school had rich parents and big houses, they came from money so his house had to look the part.

As I parked right across from his house, I stay inside just observing his house from the outside. The neighborhood was quiet, partly suburbs, looked middle class which raised some questions but it was like I'd imagined it.

It was a white House with a light yellow door. There were two windows that faced the front of the house and some bricked steps that led you to the front door, and there was a white fence instead of a black fence. It was bigger than what I had pictured and it looked more cozy than mine ever did.

I recognize his car parked in the front and another parked in the drive way as I got out of the car.

I hoped that he didn't have a big family so I wouldn't have to do a whole introduction. But I had already practiced what I would say if I did come face to face with one of his family members.
