Chapter #10- Cheering Up Rachel

{Raphael}

*The Next Day at 8:30pm*

As me and my brothers practice a new move in ninjutsu I get distracted by thinking about Rachel. I planned to hang out with her as soon as the session ended. Man.. Hopefully we would hang out like last time. My daydreaming ended when Sensei called me to challenge Leo.

As my twin sai hit Leo's katana we start to battle until I hit Leo to the ground.

Later our training session ended.

Casey and April came in the lair with sad experiences.

"Casey,April what's wrong." I asked.

April looked at Casey and he nodded his head. April left with still a sad experience.

"Well yesterday ..last night..Rachel discovered that her boyfriend had been cheating on her with another girl." He said in a sad tone.

"H-He did WHAT." I said angrily.

"I know..we tried to cheer her up but nothing works." He said in a sad tone still.

Without thinking I went running to Rachel's house.

The last I hear is Casey screaming is name but I didn't care cause all I wanted is to cheer Rachel up.

As I jump rooftop to rooftop I finally got to Rachel's house and I before I knock on her bedroom window I check on what she was doing.

I see her grab a lot of papers and a picture and ripping it in pieces.

I see her tears fall down her cheeks and I see her blue eyes covered with tears. With no time I knocked on her door.

I could see her dry her tears with her sweater sleeves and faked a smile.

"Hi Raphael." She said in a voice of heartbreak

"I heard of what happened... I'm sorry Rachel." I said as she hugged me.

When she hugged me I felt her tears in my shoulder.

I later said....

"You know what..." I said.

"What." Rachel said in a surprise tone.

"When your grandparents are asleep I wanna take you somewhere." I said in a smile.

"Hmm...okay." said Rachel in a small smile.

*At midnight*

{Rachel}

As I wait for Raph I just brush my hair.
I later hear a knock out of my window.

"You ready." said Raph in a smile.

"Yeah." I said.

As I get on top of Raph's shell he jumps rooftop to rooftop carefully.

"Where are we going." I asked.

"New York Time Square." He said in a smile.

As he runs and jumps for some minutes we finally made to NY time square.

All I see is all the lights of the city and the fresh air of the night.

I turn to Raphael with a smile.

"Raphael I wanna thank you for cheering me up with the beautiful view of New York." I said in a smile.

"Your welcome Rachel, I did this to cheer you up because I don't wanna see hurt." He said in a smile.

As we sat on the rooftop a few feet away from time square we stare at the lights of NY.

I can't believe Raphael did this nice thing just to cheer me up. As I stare at him look at the city ...I hug him. He hugs back.

"Raph I don't know what to say..." I said cheerfully.

"Rachel all I want you to be is happy." He said in a calm voice.

"Thank you again." I said happily.

After an hour of watching the lights of NY we left.

As he take me back home I thank him for everything. Our sweet conversation ends when Donnie called him to get home. As he was about to leave I kiss him by the cheek.

"Goodnight Raph." I said with a smile.

As I close my bedroom window with my curtains, I peek through the window curtains I see him blush and a smile on his face. He later leaves running with a happy yelling.

I just giggle.
