HERE i am again.
the darkness is encapsulating, fully enveloping my vision.
the whispers aren't here, their souls not lighting any path for me to follow.
but i can feel him, his presence near.
hairs stand on their end as i search for him in this darkness.
i know he's there, but i can't see him.
how did i get here?
did i fall asleep?
"you've come to me again, miyamoto konomi." i still, my throat closing as he appears like a dark shadow, looming over me.
"i've done nothing of the sort."
"yet here you are." i can hear the sinister grin he adorns, though i can't make out his face through his shadowy presence.
my throat is tight, becoming hard to swallow and my hands are beginning to shake.
"that bakugou katsuki boy is a strong one isn't he," i feel my blood begin to boil at the sound of his name on his tongue, body heating as fists tighten.
"don't you dare speak his name."
"i will do what i want child." his tone is harsher now as his shadow looms and grows larger. "i want that quirk of his too, much like i want yours."
"you won't lay a hand on him."
"i will do what i must," his shadow looms larger, growing closer, forcing me to crane my neck upwards. "and you will help me to do so."
he's reaching for me, the shadows melting from his face to reveal scarred skin. where his eyes should be is only marred flesh, his mouth curved upwards with a bone chilling grin.
i've seen this face before.
it's-
before the thought finishes, two golden silhouettes block him from my view, putting up a shield of sheer shadow surrounding us.
a veil.
"you will not touch her, all for one." the one on the right spits, the tone familiar.
"you need to wake up my little star, we will keep him back." the silhouette on the left turns it's head to look back at me.

BANG BANG BANG
all for one's shadow grows taller as he bangs his fists against the dark veil.
"there isn't much time left konomi. we can't hold him off for much longer," the right one strains.
