So today I went to the park to hear what Nikki had to tell me. I was so excited!
I went to the park and waited by the tree. And waited for Nikki. I waited for 30 minutes when I realized that she did not show up. I was about to leave when I saw Nikki walking by with Chloe and Zoey.
What is she doing? Doesn't she know that she was supposed to meet up here like 30 minutes ago? I ran up to her yelling "Nikki wait up, I need to talk to you."
She hears me and waits for me to catch up to her.
When I got there I realized that she and her friends were holding books. I asked Nikki where was she in the last 30 minutes.
"In the library doing research for school." She said casually.
"But you were supposed to meet me here 30 minutes ago, why didn't you come. Did you forget or something." I asked.
She looked like she didn't know what was going on. "What are you talking about?"
I thought about two things.
1.) She probably forgot. But then that meant that I wasn't important. Which I didn't want to be true.
2.) She had something better (like hanging out with her friends) to do. She would rather do something else then hand out with me.
Either way she didn't care about me or what she had to say to me.
