Brandon's Story

Chapter Eight

I headed out the door. I walked since it wasn't a long way there. Little did I know what the devil had planned for me...

Nikki was at the beach too but this time Theo, Chloe, Zoey, And Marcus were there. I thought they were busy.

 :( Some Friends!

As I was walking I saw this beautiful girl. She had pink sandals with white hearts. She also had a pink bikini with white hearts.

Her blue eyes glittered in the sun. She was lying down under an umbrella. 

I was thinking about Nikki.

I was about to apologize to Nikki but she had to BEG me for forgiveness. I decided to lay down and have a nap and dream about that girl....

Huh?

It became dark around me. I got up and saw the girl standing around me and said,"Here's the number you can text"  

I was confused. Why did she give me her number?

I said my thanks and got back to napping. 

20 minutes later... 

I woke and decided to text her since that was what I could do to stop myself from going crazy.

I scrambled around the stuff to find the number. I found it in my wallet. 

I took out my phone and started texting her.....

Brandon: Hey. What's Your Name? 

?: Hi my name is Kristie.

I changed her name on my contacts from "pretty girl" to Kristie.

Brandon: Ok, Kristie. Wanna meet up so we can know more about each other?

Kristie: Sure! How about fuzzy friends?

Brandon: Oh I help out there! :)

Kristie: Great! Bye :D

Brandon: Bye! :)

I was so happy that I was doing my snoopy dance in my head

 :) I was glad I talked to her.

 I saw someone going to her and talking but she ignored him. 

Okay so obviously, she only had this "thing" for me.

I was really excited because I was at Fuzzy Friends. I was playing with the puppies while I waited for Kristie.

That's when the drama queen..... besides MacKenzie walked up. 

Nikki was looking around and she waved in my direction. I thought she was talking to me but she giggled when I waved back.....

I turn my back to see Bryan in the background.

 What was she thinking? Switching from 1 guy to another guy? Then I decided to leave before I got embarrassed. 

I let the puppies jump off of me and got up.

Nikki walked up to me and said,"Whenever you want to apologize, you are more than welcome to." 

Man! When did she start talking like MacKenzie? 

The thought sent shivers down my spine.....It was about time I went to wash the puppies anyway. That's when someone called my name from behind. 

"BRANDON!" 

 I was surprised cause I was the only one here along with Nikki and Bryan....

Then I turned around to see Kristie. She was wearing a light blue dress with little black flowers.

She ran to catch up with me. Nikki was going to say something but Kristie interrupted her.
