Death, Betrayal, and finding Love where she had least expected. It'd be an understatement, to say Raelyn's life had not been easy..
After a tough decision having been made, Raelyn finds herself in New Orleans four and a half months later. There, she...
The Parade had come to a close without issue, and those who had been invited, had all been directed to the after-party. There, after one of Klaus' little speeches about the unfair treatment Davina was getting by the other Witches denying her gifts, we all began to mingle once more. As I see Hayley talking to a few people, I lean against the wall, in an attempt to get comfortable. But, as I do, the sound of footsteps approaching catch my attention. Looking to my left, I see Klaus coming over, and sigh. Great.. "Well, well, if it isn't the Little Rae.." he says, stopping next to me. "Shame you left so swiftly the other night, I wasn't able to properly greet you.." he says, making me roll my eyes. I had a feeling he knew I was with Elijah in that hallway.. "Klaus." I say plainly with a sigh. "Your excitement at my arrival is astonishing, Little Rae." He says sarcastically. Instead of replying to that, I sigh and shake my head, before rolling my eyes. "What do you want, Klaus?" I ask plainly, crossing my arms over my chest. "Ah, there it is. Straight to the point as always.." he says, chuckling. "None of those tedious exchanges that usually take place beforehand. Just plain and simple bluntness." He says in amusement. Rolling my eyes again, I wait for him to get on with whatever he clearly wanted to say.

Seeing my expectant expression, he chuckles again, and speaks. "I must say, that was a lovely dress you were wearing the other night.." he says. "In-fact, it's almost an exact copy of the dress Elijah had draped over his arm earlier that morning...quite curious, wouldn't you agree..?" he asks. Hearing this, I narrow my eyes, but remain silent. Seeing I still wouldn't say anything after a few moments, he smirks even more, and speaks. "Now that I think about it, you and Elijah seem quite taken with eachother, Little Rae.." he says. Hearing this, my eyes widen slightly, before I push it away, and sigh. "What's your point..?" I ask. "Well, to put it simply...I need that to change." He says bluntly. Hearing this, my eyes widen again, before I sigh, and lower my head. "Why?" I ask quietly. "Because, I cannot afford to have Elijah distracted by a pair of legs and a pretty face, when my child is brought into this world." He says. "As I'm sure you know, my family and I have a lot of enemies. And if my child is going to have any chance at a long and happy life, Elijah needs to be by my side. Not chasing after you.." he says sternly. Hearing this, my eyes widen, before I narrow my eyes slightly, and lower my head, as his words echo through my mind.
