Taylor's pov

the security rushed me into the backstage area and I could hear loud voices echoing through the microphone. the two voices were all too familiar belonging to my boyfriend and best friend, or better known as jack and jack. I had been in the army for around a year now, and was finally granted my first leave, so I decided to surprise Jack. he had been away at digi tour for a few weeks now, and we hardly ever had time to even talk, it was taking its toll on the both of us to say the least. I decided a surprise would be the best thing so I called up Johnson the other day to help arrange and plan it out, it was perfect and he would never suspect a thing! so now here I am just waiting for Johnson to do the fan choice, but today he would choose two fans, an actual fan, and me.

"ok let's see...hmmmmm how about you?" the girl walked up to the stage and it quite obvious she was a huge fan, she was shaking and tearing up as she hugged them each. it was cute, I loved seeing them with fans, seeing how they made so many people happy. these are the times when I knew everything, all the distance, was worth it. after they had her on stage for a few minutes Johnson started the plan. "ok today I think we should choose a second fan..hmm how about you?" he said pointing directly at me. I smiled as I kept my head down waking up there, embracing him first. "he's not expecting a thing." he whispers into my ear and smiled, pulling away so I could hug Gilinsky. I hugged him for a short time then finally looked up, his face was priceless, but it took him a second.

"Taylor is it really you?" his eyes started filling with tears as he picked me up and spun me, at which point my eyes filled with tears too. happy tears, very happy tears. "hey Jack" "oh my god I missed you so much." he kept rambling so finally I just kissed him. we pulled away and I smiled getting off the stage to let them finish their set, excited to see my cute boyfriend afterwards.
