Hello!!
My name is Gwen, and I want to share all my crazy life stories, from love to adventure and even a little bit of horror. I have never told anyone any of these, so I think it might be fun to share them with you guys and get to know if you have...
When we got to the beach not much happened. Turns out his dad didn't necessarily want to go on the water, he just wanted to drink beer and look at the scenery.
Because of this, we ended up spending a bunch of time 1 on 1 in the water, which at least was somewhat great. But to be honest, I was faking the positivity. As I said before, the mood was sort of ruined, I honestly wanted to leave although I faked it. I felt a bit lied to, a bit stupid and I could tell that because his dad was there, there was something off (meaning that he wasn't being super open as his dad was there). It's kind of like the difference when you were little and you visited a friend's house when the mom was there vs. when she left you all to go to the grocery store. Like, it's not that the visit is ruined when the mom is there, but it's just more freeing when she isn't.
It felt like this. I still gave it my all to enjoy the time. At the end of the day I was spending my Sunday afternoon at the beach, which I had not planned, and still, Lukas was visiting after almost 5 years so...
We only talked about 2 important mini details at this time which were Lukas' ex and Zach. As for the ex he explained in detail what he had said in the car, basically the girl's siblings (also adults) called Lukas and begged him to get back with her stating that she had spent days crying and she supposedly wasn't eating, which worried him about her well being and decided to go back to her.
I didn't tell him this as now it felt like I was literally trash-talking his girlfriend, but here I will give my opinion. I think everyone did something wrong in this case. The girl was possessive and toxic and even when Lukas established the problems she would ignore him. Lukas had the chance and liberty to leave her as inside him he knew he didn't love her. She had turned from a person he would hook up with to an official girlfriend he hadn't asked for in the first place, but because he didn't have the balls to tell her, he was now sacrificing his well-being for the sake of hers. Although to some it may be heroic, at the end of the day, both will end up horribly wrong as she is now forcing him emotionally into a relationship that he wasn't 100% into. She was only lying to herself. As for the siblings, they should mind their own business. I get you worry about your sister but goddam, calling the ex to beg him to return with her and using her bad condition as ammunition? They are all crazy there.
The second topic, Zach, was very brief and as I didn't want to talk much about it I barely gave details about it. He asked at some moment about Zach and I just said that I hadn't talked to him in a while, that I wasn't interested in talking to him ever again, and that the last situation I had was him, his mom and his brother stalking me on social media (including LinkedIn for whatever fucking reason).

He simply said that was super creepy. Now in the present, I really would've loved to know what he thought about that whole situation, but again, at the time I really didn't want to talk about it and I was more than happy that he didn't add much to it.
Eventually, the sun started going down and Lukas' dad offered to take us all to a dining restaurant he loved. And boy... believe me when I tell you we should buckle up.
