Hello!!
My name is Gwen, and I want to share all my crazy life stories, from love to adventure and even a little bit of horror. I have never told anyone any of these, so I think it might be fun to share them with you guys and get to know if you have...
I'm honestly annoyed as lately I have developed a like for the name Lukas but I have accidentally associated it with this guy in real life and I'm like.... meh... still. Let's continue!
A detail I left out of the last part was that after the astronomy event, I did get a call from Lukas that night after he never showed up. I didn't leave it away in the chapter 'cause I forgot, but rather 'cause I didn't answer the phone call. You see, your girl got a migraine in the middle of the astronomy event and when I got home I went straight to bed with the pounding in my head. Just as I was falling asleep, he called came in and I knew that it was going to be him giving his more formal excuse of what happened and, because I assumed it had to do with his family event, I just ignored the call and went back to sleep.
I wasn't mad of course, but I was a bit frustrated with myself hiping up all this thing that ended up being nothing.... and I also had an insane headache so it was better.
(Looking back at this now I wonder what would've happened if I had answer at the moment. Maybe we would've talked for a few small minutes and what happened the next day would've never occurred. Idk, butterfly effects are crazy.)

The next morning I woke up as usual, and I started to work on some stuff as my plan was to get ahead in my work so that I could have Tuesday free for our "friendly" date. After some time I decided to give him a call as it was technically "my move" having not answer his phone call the prior night. Well to my surprise, he answered rather quickly, we caught up and then he said out of the blue "What are you doing today?"
And whenever a person asks me this I always answer with "why?"
Because of several things:
1. If I say I am free but then you say plans I am not in the mood of doing, imma look like an asshole
2. If I say I'm free (thinking I'm free in the afternoon) and you then suggest me to go out now, imma say no... and imma look like an asshole
3. Don't tease me bud, tell me the plans first, and then I'll tell you my part
The point is that I asked him why and he said that basically, he was going to meet up with his dad briefly in the morning but that then he had nothing to do in the afternoon and he wanted to go to the beach.
To this I said "Heck yeah!" and in my mind, I was like "Great!" He is trying to recover from not coming yesterday to the event and we are not only going to have the Tuesday date but also this one! Sounds great!
He then told me he would later confirm with me the time as his dad hadn't answered his texts and if he didn't then we could head up to the beach earlier. I said it all sounded great, shut my computer, and ran to the bathroom to get ready (it wasn't beach season so... I needed some....grooming)
