Chapter 45

Bella's P.O.V

I must have talked with Dan for a few hours we drank so much. I couldn't put it down though. It was so addictive. The way the burn would feel down your throat. Plus Dan just kept bringing more and more, so I wasn't going to say just stop. A lot of people told me I need to live a little. So you know whats exactly what I'm going to do.

"Bella you really do look beautiful tonight."

"Thank you," I smiled back at him.He came and sat right next to me. He placed a hand on my knee and I shivered at the thought of him touching me. Ive never had a problem with Dan. But the way the guys talk about him its like, he seems like a player. Yet he's nice to me, just not them. I wanna get to the bottom of it so badly.

"So do you have a boyfriend ?" He asked me, catching me completely off guard, I choked on my drink. Should I tell him about Luke? would he even care ? Why should it matter I love Luke nothing is going to change about that. Suddenly Dans hand started to move up my thigh. I quickly slapped his hand away.

"What ?" Dan asked with confused eyes.

"I'm dating someone." I stated sternly. I need to defend myself, and Luke.

"Who ?!" He boomed.

"Luke, Dan I'm dating Luke."

He looked at me with surprise,"Oh your dating Hemmings ? Why ?"

"Because he makes me happy, he always knows what to say to make me feel special he understands what I'm going though, I trust him, I feel safe with him. I've never felt that way towards someone before. He's special to me."

Dan had this look on his face that was priceless. He quickly stood up and stood in front of me pacing back and forth.

"No no no that's not how this is suppose to happen." Dan said gritting his teeth together as he ran a hand through his hair.

"What ? What was supposed to happen ?" I asked confused, but I couldn't make out the rest of his words because I started to feel strange. I felt tipsy dizziness. I could feel this pressure coming to my forehead. As my eyes got heavier. I placed my hand on my head trying to stay awake. What is going on ?. Dan noticed me staring at him with confusion. He quickly grabbed the side of my arms and pinned me up next to a tree with such a force that knocked the wind out of me. I didn't even have time to react I was more in shock than anything. I didn't think he would be so violent. Why is he over reacting like this ?

"Dan...Dan let go of me right now." I demanded. I still couldn't put my head through what he was saying, but I know one thing, this isn't going to end well.

"No your not supposed to like Luke, he's an abuser he's just using you Bella don't you see that." He shouted still holding his grip tight. His fingers were digging into my arms. I winced as the pain increased, I also had bruises their from my father.

What the hell is he talking about Luke being the abusive one, I know what they do to girls, Nathan especially for what he did to Sophia was horribly wrong. "What are you... What are you talking... about I know what you and Nathan did to Sophia..." I said with a slur.

His smile just grew as he had me pushed me further into the tree with no one around to notice what he was doing to me. We were alone out here. Dan started to moved his body so he was now pressed into me, his legs were between mind and his chest was only inches away.

"Get away." I tried to yell but I was to lightheaded.

"I don't think so." Dan said and leaned into me and pressed his lips forcefully onto mine.

I felt shocked that I couldn't move, my whole body was paralyzed. What the hell ? Why is he on me. I don't want Dan on me I knew if I had to get out of this I had to fight. I moved my hands to his chest and pushed him as hard as I could, but because of my drunken state it wasn't hard enough. He eased back a little bit, but not a lot.
