Chapter 17

Bella's P.O.V

When Ashton left to do what he had to do I got Colton dressed in jeans and a soccer shirt. I asked him,"What do you want to do today ?"

"I just want to watch television for now is that okay ?"

"Yeah that's perfectly fine here let me turn it on for you." I said and took him into the living room.

"Sponge bob !" He said so excitedly.

"Okay sponge bob it is." I said giggling.

He went and sat on the coach,"Would it be okay if I went upstairs and read in my room ?"

"Yeah it's cool ." He said his eyes were still on the tv he didn't even look at me.

"Okay I'm just upstairs if you need anything."

"Okay...." Colton said not even looking at me.

I walked upstairs and grabbed my e reader and set it on the chair in my room. I went to the bathroom. My scares weren't to bad I could easily fix them with some makeup. Sense school starts in 3 days it shouldn't be to bad.

I know I should get dressed but I'm to sore to do that.

I grabbed my e reader and started reading Romeo and Juliet.

After an hour of reading. Ashton barged into my room.

"Hey I have a surprise for you." he said so excited.

"Oh god what ?" I said laughing.

Knowing Ashton saying he had a surprise isn't a good thing.

I sat down my e reader and followed him downstair. We went into the living room. Thats when I saw the blonde hair.

Luke's blue eyes met mine and I was so silent. I was stopped in my tracks. That's when Micheal and Calum noticed me they didn't say anything they just came up and hugged me. Pretty tight.

"Ow..." I said whispering.

Luke was still on the coach. He's eyes were locked with mine he must have heard me say ow because he made a face like he was about to pull the guys away.

They must have herd me they stepped back and Calum said " Sorry,"

"It's fine I'm just sore , why are you guys here ?! It's a great surprise." I tried to sound happy.

I notice Luke's still looking at me. His eyes rake up and down my body until I look down and realize that I'm still wearing my pajamas and I'm waring a flannel and really short black spandex shorts. I tired to cover myself.

"We all were worried about you. So we all came to see how you were doing." Calum said.

"Your beat up pretty bad huh," Michael said.

"No I'm fine just a sprained wrist and a few brushes and cuts here and there." I said like it was no biggie yet it hurt like hell.

"That's good to hear !"

Luke finally got up and walked towards us.

"Hey Michael I wanna show you something upstairs, Ashton can help me show you." Calum said smirking. I'm surprised no one called him out for it.

"Okay." Micheal said smirking at Calum.

Calum and Ashton and Micheal left the room. So it was just Luke and I. Colton went to the play room in the basement.

Luke walked right to where I was he looked like he was about to say something but then hugged me.

I was caught off guard I started to fall back a bit. But he helped stable me. His Nirvana shirt was so soft. In his arms ,he felt so warm. I didn't feel pain when he hugged me. It only felt good. The hug only lasted like 20 seconds but I felt something. I could feel his heartbeat. His chin was on my head when he hugged me. But he pulled away still holding onto me.

We were just looking each other in the eyes. He was still holding onto my elbows. I didn't say anything because I didnt want to ruin the moment.

Then the guys walked into the room and Luke let go of me so fast and stepped away from me.

Luke's P.O.V

I was sitting on couch when I hear footsteps. I looked over towards the door.

That's when I saw her.

I couldn't miss those golden eyes.

Her eyes met mine. I couldn't stop starting.

Calum and Micheal walked over and hugged her a little to tight . I could hear her saw ouch. She was still looking at me.

They had asked her how she was doing, she said she was fine. But I could tell she was lying.

She was beaten up pretty bad I saw the bruises all over her and the cuts.

What she was wearing had surprised me. She was wearing a red and white flannel with really short black spandex shorts. They showed off her ass and skinny legs perfectly, butI liked it.

She noticed me starting at her body. She shifting a little trying to cover herself. I don't understand why. She truly is so beautiful. She has nothing to hide. I just don't want other guys looking at her.

Wait...what did I just say in my head.

Maybe I do like her.....

I keep telling myself that I don't think she is and that it isn't true. But I know it is.

They continue to talk when I walk up. Calum notices me walking towards him and says "Hey Michael I wanna to show you something upstairs Ashton can help me show you." He said smirking.

I knew exactly what they were doing they were going to leave me alone with her so I'll say something to her.

"Okay." Michael says.

And like that they leave the room. I knew it.

I walked over to her just to ask how she was doing. I opened my mouth to speak. But I lost my words when she looked at me. I was to close I couldn't control my self.....

So I pulled her into a hug. She nudged into me. Her head was in my chest. I rested my chin on her head.She was so delegate. So soft. Her hair smelt like roses and her hair was so soft when I felt it. She was the only reason I came here. To make sure she was okay. She was so unstable. So I gentle grabbed her so she wouldn't fall over .I could tell she was enjoying this as much as me. The hug only lasted about 20 seconds until I pulled away.

Crap I'm an idiot why would I pull away....

I pulled away to early. Why did I even pull away. I was still holding onto her elbows as we stared at each other. I didn't want to speak and ruin the moment. Plus I don't know what to say. All I know is that her eyes were as beautiful as the sun. I couldn't look away.

Then Michael and Ashton and Calum walked in. I let go of her so sudden and stepped away. Calum smirked at me.

"What did I miss here ?" Calum questions looking at both is us back and forth.

"Nothing I just asked her how she was feeling was all." I said lying.

I didn't want them asking me a million questions.

"Hey it as great having you guys but I'm going to go upstairs and rest for a while. I feel really tired. But you guys are more than welcome to stay." Bella said with a smile, I could tell she was embarrassed that I pulled always like that.

Nice going Luke....

Damn that smile. Her smile was so pretty . it almost made me melt she's so beautiful.

I didn't want her to leave. I want her company.

"Okay we'll catch up later then." Michael said walking away.

Bella shifted awkwardly and left the room.

After she left we all just hung out for a while. It was around 8 o'clock when Ashton finally said he had to get colton to bed and stuff. So we decided to leave. Bella never came downstairs to say bye. I was kinda hoping she would.

When we left the house we all got into the car and drove off.
