Birth

Prompt: Jenna is giving birth and Val is freaking out

Jenna's pov
I'm in the hospital getting ready to deliver my second child. Val is sitting next to me sweating and freaking out. He is holding my hand and I can feel him shaking. He wasn't here for our first child, he was in New York.
"Val stop shaking I'm fine"
"Your about to push a baby out of you!"
"I've already done it before"
He starts breathing heavy.
"Val I'm so close to sending you out of this room and letting Witney in"
"Ok I can try to calm down"
He starts taking deep breaths to calm down.
"Why are you freaking out"
"I've heard story's about pregnancies gone wrong"
"Val the chances of those happening are like 1 in 1000"
"Yeah you got a point"
"I know I do"
The doctor walked in.
"Ok Jenna, so we are gonna get ready to push in about 3 minutes"
Val starts breathing hard. I give him a look.
"Sir are you ok" the doctor asked Val.
"He's freaking out because I'm about to have a child" I answer for him.
"Oh are you Val, Jenna's husband?"
He nods his head.
"Val you can calm down it's not that bad and if you can't we can send you out of the room"
"O-ok, I think I can calm down for Jenna"
"Good now how about you just try to keep Jenna calm during this"
"I don't know if I like that idea" I say.
"Me either" Val added.
"Val I feel like your a very protective guy"
"Yeah I am"
"Ok so I want you to not let Jenna freak out"
"I can do that"
I look at him and he grabs my hand.
"I'm here for you baby girl"
I take a deep breath.

An hour later we had a little girl added your family. We decided to name her Aria Lindsay. I was holding her when everybody walked in.
"Who are the Godparents" my mom asked me.
"Witney and Mark" I say smiling. Witney comes over to me and gives me a hug.
"I love you Jenna" she said the hug.
"I love you too wit" I say. Mark gives me a hug also. I look at Val and he was holding Jarrett. He was our oldest and 5.
"What her name" he asked me.
"Aria" I say to him.
"Ria" he said back trying to pronounce her name. He has a little bit of a speech issue, he still calls Witney winey.
"Dada does she come home tonight"
"Yes" he said.
"Where she come fom"
"Mommy's tummy"
"How she made in there"
Everyone started laughing.
"God blessed mommy with a baby so it went to her tummy"
"Oh tank ou God for my lil siser"
Everyone said awe. I grab Val's hand.
"Do you want to hold her"
"Sure" he said. He put Jarrett down and I handed him Aria. Her eyes opened and she stared at him in awe. She reached her hand out for his face. He put his finger out for her to grab and she did. She started making little noises. He swayed side to side with her.
"Daddy's gotcha baby, daddy's gotcha"
I see a tear go down Witney's cheek.
"Wit"
"It's cute shut up"
I smile and laugh lightly. Val gives me a light kiss.
"I love you"
"I love you too"
