Prompt: Val wants to start a family, but is scared to ask Jenna

Val's pov
I think I'm ready for a family. Me and Jenna have been married for 6 months. I want to try. I go into the kitchen and wrap my arms around her waist.
"Hello handsome"
"Gorgeous" I say kissing her neck.
"Val don't start something we both can't stop"
"I want to though, I want to have a family with you. I want to try, I want to be a father. I want to hold a little girl and call her mine"
"Awe Val, I want all of that too but are we sure nows the right time"
"Jenna I love you and I think we should try, it's been 6 months"
"You have a point, after dinner" she says.
"Or before dinner"
"After please" she said. "I'm starving"
"Okay only because your so pretty"
I go sit in the living room and wait for her to tell me dinner is ready.
"Babe dinner is ready" I hear. I get up and go to the kitchen. I sit down at the table and we eat.
"I can't wait for dessert" I say winking at her.
"Your so gross"
"You married me"
"Because you can be sweet and caring, protective and I love the way you make me feel"
"Well I could go on forever on why I married you"
We ate our dinner and headed back upstairs. I take shirt off and get on top of her.
"Are you uncomfortable babe, I want this to be right"
"No I'm fine"
"Babe please, just tell me, I want both of us to enjoy this"
"And I am. Except for the part of you talking way to much"
"Sorry I just feel like this ones different than the other times"

"That was nice, now do we just check or" I ask.
"Do I get pregnant right away, holy shit Val this was a bad idea"
"No it wasn't babe we'll just call Mark and Witney"
"Okay I think that's a good idea"
I grab my phone and call Witney. I put her on speaker phone.
"Hey what's up baby makers"
"Woah how'd you know"
"Really Jenna isn't the quietest person ever"
"Dammit wit you told me you couldn't hear me"
"Sorry but your louder than me and what did you call for"
"We're trying to have a kid a-"

"And we need to know something's"
"Okay go"
"When do I check to see if I am? What do I do to make sure I get a child in me? How do I make sure their not twins? Also do I get pregnant immediately"
"Wow and I hope your kid isn't like that. First of all calm down. Next you need to go buy the box in two days and test then. You can't stop yourself from having twins. If you were in health you probably know how the child gets in you. And of course you get pregnant almost immediately"
"Okay thank you wit"
"Anytime but try to quiet with your baby making, my child is trying to sleep"
She hangs up and then I look at Val.
"One more round just incase"
"Sure" I say. He gets on top of me and starts kissing my neck again.
