THE NEXT DA meeting was just before Christmas break. This Christmas break was going to be the first one I had spent at home since 4th year.

Hermione's bewitched Galleons were really coming in handy as Umbridge's wrath was getting worse. They made knowing when the meetings were much easier.

I got to the Room of Requirement with Angelina and Alicia, as we had spent the day rebuilding our Quidditch team.

"We've replaced you, finally." Was the first thing I said to Harry.

"Replaced me?"

"You, Fred and George. We've got a new Seeker."

"Who?" Harry asked quickly.

"Ginny Weasley." Angelina said and Harry's mouth fell open.

"Yeah, I know. She's actually pretty good at Seeker, even though Chasing is her strong suit." I told him. "She's got nothing on you, though. But since you've been banned, she's the next best thing."

"And what about the Beaters?"

"Andrew Kirke and Jack Sloper." Alicia responded, a little blandly. "Neither of them are brilliant, but compared to the rest of the idiots that showed up..."

Ron, Hermione and Neville then walked into the room and the conversation was over. We all waited, a little bored, as more and more of the group slowly poured in.

When Fred, George, Lee and Lewis walked in, I made my way to them quickly to leave a kiss on Fred's cheek.

He turned his head towards me after I did so, and his face lit up with a smile.

"Hello, my love." He slipped his arms over my shoulders to pull me into a hug.

"Hey, Freddie." I greeted him and the other three boys walked away, rolling their eyes and George pretending to throw up.

While I was still a little annoyed at the boys for getting themselves thrown off the team, I mostly blamed Umbridge and Malfoy, not them.

Fred leaned down and connected our lips in a kiss. My arms circled around his neck to return it.

Due to more of Umbridge's stupid rules, like how boys and girls were not permitted within 8 inches of each other, it was hard for us to be able to be this close to each other unless we knew we wouldn't be caught.

So basically it was here or the common room.

"Okay." Harry said, calling everyone to order once we were all in the room. "I thought this evening we should just go over things we've done so far, because it's the last meeting before the holidays and there's no point starting anything new right before a three-week break-"
