EXAMS TOOK OVER my life for the next few weeks. I did my Transfiguration exam first, then Potions and Arithmancy, then Charms and Defence Against the Dark Arts.

One night, after the fifth years had their Astronomy exam, the Gryffindor common room was in shambles.

During the exam Umbridge had attempted to sack Hagrid, and when Professor McGonagall attempted to stop her, she was hit with four Stunners and sent flying to the ground.

"But why sack Hagrid now?" Angelina asked while shaking her head as we all talked. "It's not like Trelawney; he's been teaching much better than usual this year!"

"Umbridge hates part-humans." Hermione spoke bitterly as she flopped down into an armchair. "She was always going to try and get Hagrid out."

"And she thought Hagrid was putting Nifflers in her office." Katie Bell piped up, and Lewis' eyes went wide.

"Oh, blimey." Lee covered his mouth and my head snapped towards him. "It's me who's been putting the Nifflers in her office. Fred and George left me a couple; I've been levitating them through her window."

"Lee!" I gasped and he looked down.

"Lewis was there too." Lee added and I looked to Lewis, who avoided eye contact.

"She'd have sacked him anyway." Dean Thomas pointed out. "He was too close to Dumbledore."

"That's true." Harry said as he sat in the armchair beside Hermione's.

"I just hope Professor McGonagall's alright." Lavender Brown spoke tearfully.

"They carried her back up to the castle, we watched through the dormitory window. She didn't look very well." Said Colin Creevey.

"Madam Pomfrey will sort her out." Alicia said and Lewis patted her hand. "She's never failed yet."

The common room didn't clear out until closer to 4 am, but I had already gone up to bed by that time.

My next exam was Herbology, and it was that afternoon. After that I was exam free. Then it was summer.

After my Herbology exam, however, I had found out that Harry had apparently collapsed during his History of Magic exam and had been taken to the Hospital Wing.

But when I got to the Hospital Wing, I just found Madam Pomfrey and Montague, who was bedridden thanks to Fred and George.

"Where's Harry?" I asked and Madam Pomfrey jumped at the sudden sound.

"Oh, Y/N, hi, dear." Madam Pomfrey held a hand to her chest. "He isn't here."

"But Seamus told me he was." I said, confused.
