Chapter 4: Flirting

Liam is 20. Three and a half years older than me. His friends are close in age to him, Harry being the youngest, only 18. The boys were friendly enough to me, but still, they treated me like a child, and I knew why. Liam told them to stay away from me. I wouldn't have been interested in any of them anyways, but still. I couldn't help but feel a little angry that they are all treating me like Liam does.

I was wrong about the boys. They weren't who I remembered them to be, and were, in fact, bearable. With that being said, Louis and Harry were getting on my nerves with their immaturity.

The boys were originally going to stay for the day, and then go back to their homes, leaving me with Liam for exactly five days until he would have to leave again.

Then, they decided to stay for a couple days, at a local inn. When Louis posted where they were staying on twitter, they had to relocate, to MY house.

"The fans," they had said, "are rioting outside. If we leave, then they can stop hurting each other. We are protecting the fans." Yeah, right. Those fucking lazy asses just want to live with me and Liam because they know that we would wait on them.

Now, Liam and Niall share a room, while the other three are camped out in my TV room.

My mother never came home again, so it was almost as if I was just living with five boys, who had no problem with making themselves feel at home.

It was finally the weekend, so I got to enjoy my freedom from school (even though I stayed home for the past few days anyways). Monday began my week long spring vacation, so I could spend more time with Liam.

I woke up at 10:30 a.m. and walked downstairs. On the kitchen counter there was a note, addressed to me and Harry,

Susan and Harry

The other lads and I went to town, we will be back later in the afternoon. We didn't want to wake you. Have a good day!

-Liam

P.S- Harry, remember what I told you!

I rolled my eyes. Great, the whole day with Mr. Wonderful himself.

I jumped when someone slapped my bum. I turned quickly to see a shirtless Harry standing there, looking sleepy.

"What the fuck!" I shouted, embarrassed that he had touched my bum.

"Where is everyone?" was his response. I shoved the note at him.

"Oh, cool." He murmured between chugs of orange

juice from the carton.

"EW! Stop, other people drink that too!" I grabbed the carton from him.

"Not anymore," he laughed and grabbed it back from me.

"Hey," I turned around to look at him as I was leaving the room.

"What?"

"Liam said that there is a pool around here. Wanna go for a swim?" I shrugged my shoulders.

"I'll take that as a yes. Go get dressed." He patted my bum as he left the room. Flirt.

I threw on my bikini and pulled my hair out from its bun. I quickly grabbed a bag, some sunglasses and sunscreen.

"Good you're ready." He was already wearing swimming trunks. He let me lead the way out the door and down the driveway as we started to walk to the local pool. I glanced at the windows of Liam's car as I saw my reflection, and then Harry's. His head was pointed down, eyes staring right at my butt.

"I can see you in the car's reflection," I turned to glare at him.

"Take it as a compliment, babe. I can have any girl I want, and I choose to stare at YOUR bum." I rolled my eyes, what a compliment.

After that, I walked next to him, feeling self conscience about my bum. I angled myself towards him, so that we could walk and talk.

I couldn't help but look at his abs every once in

a while. He had a light six pack, and it was sexy. Stop, Susan, I thought to myself, You have Tyler.

Even so, Tyler had abs, but not like that.

"This it?" He asked me as we turned into the pool gates.

"No it is a completely different pool and I am just stopping in for no reason." I retorted.

"Feisty, sexy." He raised his eyes at me. I glared up at him.

"Look, Liam doesn't want any of this to happen, and neither do I." I motioned to him as I said 'this'.

"Love, nothing is happening. It is harmless flirting. Flirting, that doesn't happen to you much, but-" I cut him off.

"Flirting. Right. I have a boyfriend though, so no flirting."

"Oh come on, lighten up Susie Q. Friends flirt." I walked away and lay out my towel. Great, he was one of those kinds of friends...
