Shruti and Mahika follow their friend, Dhriti, into the college building, only to find that the news about the prom is true. They're excited in the moment. It's their final year of college — the fest and the prom will mark a memorable end to their college life. The two girls share a hug, and at the same time, they murmur the same thing in unison, “There’s no perfect day as this.”

They share a bubble of laughter, hugging each other. Mahika looks at her friend.
“What are you upto, Shru?” she asks, her tone soft.

“Kuch nahi, Mahi! Ab hamara college khatm hone wala hai toh main kuch cheezein karna chahti hoon, bas wahi soch rahi thi,” Shruti says, though there’s a deeper meaning behind her words.

“Seems like we have our share of personal things going on. And we should leave it here or do it,” Shruti says, her tone laced with positivity.

“Haan Shruti, kuch cheezon ko closure milna hi chahiye,” Mahika says, her lips curving into a smile.

“Yep, let’s plan for the closure, then, and let’s hope that we’ll stay like this forever,” Shruti says as she side-hugs Mahika.

Mahika nods, understanding her words completely.

“We will stay the same, Shru, and maybe, Sid too,” she says, her tone soft

Shruti chuckles, and at the same time, Siddharth comes by their side. He pulls both the girls into a hug, wrapping his arms around their shoulders. The girls are stunned for a moment.

“Sid, you scared me? Aise koi karta hai?” Mahika asks annoyingly.
