Same day, Sunday evening, Shruti, Siddharth, and Mahika meet at CCD. Since Siddharth and Shruti's parents have fixed the marriage date, they decide to share it with Mahika the same day.

As Mahika arrives at the restaurant, she pulls both of them into a hug. She's truly happy for her best friends. Her eyes turn slightly watery, which doesn't go unnoticed by Shruti.
"Hey, aren't you happy? Why are you crying?" Shruti asks as Mahika sits opposite her.
"Shru! Main itni khush hoon na ki meri aankhon mein khushi ke aansu aa gaye. Main toh tum dono ke liye bahut khush hoon." She says, her tone laced with joy.
"Aw, vo toh tumhare chehre pe dikh raha hai, Mahi. Vaise shaadi ki date 2 mahine baad ki hai. Lekin sagai 10 din baad hai," Shruti informs her.

Mahika chuckles as she checks the calendar on her phone, "Great, that's a Sunday. Mazaa aayega. Shru, I'd get you ready for your engagement," she says.
"Hey, tum meri dost ho ya uski? Tumhe mere saath rehna chahiye," Siddharth barges in between.

"Why are you jealous, Siddy? Main aaungi na tumhare paas bhi," Mahika says, her gaze fixated on him.
He rolls his eyes at both Shruti and Mahika, and Shruti looks at him, "Tum toh Mahi se jealous ho rahe ho, Sid! Jabki tumhe jealous hona chahiye tab jab koi aur ladka mujhse baat kare," she jokes, trying to lighten the moment.
