Mahika is at the office, in a meeting with Gautam. They’re discussing the risks of a new project. Mahika meets his gaze and gauges her tone; she looks at him.
“Gautam, I don’t think we should invest with them. Inke shares fluctuate hote rehte hain, humein loss ho sakta hai,” she says, her tone laced with confidence.
“How are you so sure?” Gautam poses his question, and she smiles.

“I’ve studied their patterns, Gautam. Before our meeting, I was just doing that. Since we are doing good, they want their shares to go up, as people will be lured by our name.” She explains her points.

Anoop, who has been a silent spectator, intervenes, “Impressive, Mahika, I agree. This can be the case because this company has done things like this earlier too,” he shares his experience.
Mahika smiles. “I agree, Sir. This company has been following this religiously, that is why I think it’s not good that we deal with—” Mahika says with a confident stride.

Gautam smiles and finally breaks his silence. “Impressive. Mujhe yahi sunna tha tumse, Mahika. Tum Ms Sneha ko mail kardo ki humein unki deal pasand nahi aayi,” he commands, and Mahika nods.
She gets up from her seat and excuses herself, walking out of Gautam’s cabin. He watches her retreating figure and comes out of his thoughts with his father’s voice.
