Several days had come and gone, and nothing was better. The nightmares kept coming, and that feeling of anxiety and worthlessness was still stuck in my heart. We tried different techniques, different counselors, but nothing worked. If anything it felt as if things were worsening.
Despite those feelings that were still there I put on a brave face for the twins.
In spite of my failures at gaining any sort of mental peace the twins seemed to be genuinely feeling better.
After a night of rest the three of us met up for our morning breakfast.
"So how are you two feeling?" I asked.
"Good," they both replied in unison, their face beaming with enthusiasm.
"I'm glad," I replied with a smile.
"What about you Tsubasa. You look tired did you not sleep well?" Suna asked.
"Yeah, I didn't sleep the best. But I'm okay," I replied.
They both looked at me with worried eyes.
"I'm fine, really. Actually that part of the reason I wanted to ask you this. Do you two think you're up to tackling that next dungeon?," I said plainly.
The both looked at me with me confusion and anxiousness.
"Truth is I think I'm feeling anxious about not making and progress. But if you two aren't feeling up to it...," I said half heartedly.
Both Suna and Mani broke out in laughter.
"...huh...?" I said.
