Church (chapter 1)

Anika's POV

My parents thought of visiting the church seens we just moved here... A couple of days ago...

Anak let's sit here... My mommy tap the wooden chair...
Then another family came and they sat behind us but only 3person can sit. And there was still one person who can sit beside us.. I didn't pay attention to it but I know the one who sat beside me is a boy..

Then we sang our father.. I was about to grab he's hand but I realize we're not relatives.. He chuckle though..
Then "the peace be with you moment" I was about to say peace be with you to the boy who sat beside me when I look up.. I accidentally said

Shoot!

Peace be with you too.. Then he smiled
Ow,I mean uhh... peace be with you.. And then I smiled..
After the mass I talk to him

I'm sorry I said shoot.... I didn't mean to... I was.... just shock!... and the part I was about to grab your hand... I mean darren espanto just sat beside me the real Darren espanto for crying out loud!
He laugh then my parents squeal..
Then we look at our parents who was kissing each other cheeks "her mom knew my mom?!" I said to my self Then mommy introduce me to a woman I'm pretty sure it was Darren's mom.

Is this ani? He's mom said to me..
Hello po! It's Anika po..
I know.. You were so little back then... same as Darren...
Then I turn back to darren giving him a "do-you-know-this-look" he just smiled.
Why don't you visit our place.. It's been a while jasmine.. Darren mom said to my mommy..
"Of course"my mommy said.

Honey,Anika were going to visit a friends house you two behave.. Mommy said to us. Honey is my 5years old sister.. My daddy was quiet all the time...

Eha, said Darren's mommy, she was talking to me..

Darren,lynelle... Why don't you show Anika and honey your room.. We adults need to catch up so you can play and make some noise but not so much noise... Tita marinel said.

We ran up stairs, we head to Darren's room..
It was simple but it has a lot of instruments there and with a quite of space ten people can fit here..

I giggled and introduce honey..

Lynelle.. This is honey my sister... She's the same age as you... Honey smiled at lynelle and lynelle smiled back...
Go play with her... Show her your Barbie dolls and stuff... Darren said softly... Lynelle pull honey to her room leaving us...

So...... I said.
Sooooo...... He said.

What are we going to do..? I ask
He scratch the back of he's neck... "I dunno....Play games and stuff?"

I know! Seens it's like our parents know each other why don't we get know each other too... I mean if you want... I said to him he was kind thinking of it. But agree anyway..
