(Nina's POV)

We walked to a little ice cream shop down the street from us.

"I would like a cheesecake dream in a waffle cone please," Sidney said.

"I would like a fudge cake in a waffle bowl please," I said.

"And I will just take a mint chip in a small cup," Ian said.

"Gosh you're so basic dad," Sidney said and laughed and actually smiled.

"Yeah Ian you're basic," I said and winked.

"Wow," he said and smiled. Then all of our ice creams were ready so Ian paid. Then we sat down in some comfy chairs.

"I'm sorry," Sidney said.

"For what?" Ian asked.

"Just for everything, I know things have been rough, but thanks for sticking with me," she said I grabbed her hand.

"Of course, Sidney, that's what we are here for. We will always love you," I told her and Ian grabbed her hand too.

"As do I," Ian said.

Then we chitchatted for awhile and walked back home and we all went to bed.

The next morning my phone rang, but I didn't want to get up so I asked Ian to answer it.

(Ian's POV)

I didn't recognize the number. So I waited till they said something before I did.

"Nina. I know you're there. I miss you. And you told me to call you sometime. And that movie, it was fantastic. I know we saw each other by accident, but I can't help but feel what a connection we had and I want you back. I know I wasn't the only one who felt the Sparks when we kissed. You made me a better man. You did babe." The guys said.

"Excuse me but this is her fiancée and I suggest you hang up now," I said. And I threw the phone on the bed and began walking out.

"Ian! Please! What happened who was it?" She pleaded.

"I don't know call them back and find out," I said and walked out the door.

(Nina's POV)
I called the number back and instantly realized what had happened. We never kissed nor did I see him at the movies. But he wanted me back I knew that. But he was definitely trying everything. And he knew I would be with Ian. That's why he called. All I knew now was that I had to fix things. And now. But he's never gonna believe me.

(Ian's POV)

All I saw as I went through social media was pictures of Nina and this guys. I thought things were going good for us but I was obviously wrong. But I knew how to play this too.
