I love you brother

"Hahaha! You can't catch me!" Thorn squealed, bare feet thudding lightly against the ground as he dashed forward, arms flailing in joyful excitement.

His tiny giggles bubbled up like music, filling the space with pure happiness. Behind him, Taufan jogged at an exaggeratedly slow pace, one hand on his hip and the other reaching forward with dramatic flair.

"Oh noooo, he's too fast!" he said, grinning.

"But if I do catch you, I am gonna tickle your little feet until you explode from laughing!"

Thorn let out a shriek of giggles and ran faster, glancing over his shoulder with wide, sparkling eyes.

"Noooo! Not my feet!" he squealed, laughing so hard he nearly tripped.

"You will never catch me!" Taufan kept the act going for a few more steps, dramatically pretending to huff and puff.

"Ugh... so fast... too powerful..." he groaned, before his smirk returned.

"Just kidding!"

With a sudden burst of speed, he lunged forward and tackled Thorn gently onto the grass, one arm curling protectively behind Thorn's head as they rolled.

"GOTCHA!" Taufan declared, laughing as Thorn let out a dramatic wail of defeat, followed by a burst of unstoppable giggles.

"Nooooo!" Thorn howled, trying to wriggle away as Taufan found his target, the bottoms of Thorn's feet.

Tickle tickle tickle~

"Stop! Hahahaha! I surrender! Taufaaaaan!" Thorn squirmed and laughed, face red and eyes squeezed shut, helpless under the assault of playful fingers.

Taufan laughed along, his own joy just as bright.

"Never! This is what happens when you challenge the tickle master!" Thorn screamed with laughter, kicking and squirming.

"Stop! STAHAHAHAHAP! I am gonna diiiie!!"

"No dying allowed!" Taufan said through his own laughter.

"Only more tickling!" Taufan grinned mischievously as Thorn thrashed and giggled under his tickling fingers.

"HAHAHAHA, STAHAHAP HAHAHA"

"Alright, alright!" he said in a dramatic villain voice.

"There's only one way to stop this madness... Tell me the password!" Thorn gasped between wheezes of laughter.

"Whahat pahahaassword?!"

"You know the one!" Taufan wiggled his fingers mercilessly.

"The ultra secret password of ultimate protection!"

"HAHAHA I-I can't-" Thorn shrieked, kicking his legs helplessly.

"IT'S- IT'S -BAHAHAHA -IT'S HAHAHA CUPCAKE ROCKET!"

"What was that?" Taufan asked with a raised eyebrow, still tickling.

"CUHUPCAKE ROHOCKET!!" Thorn hollered through a gale of laughter, his face red and tearful from giggling so hard.

Taufan finally pulled his hands away, laughing breathlessly.

"Cupcake rocket?! What kind of top secret password is that?"

"It's a good one!" Thorn huffed, chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath. His cheeks were glowing, hair tousled wildly.

"Alright alright" Taufan said with a playful sigh, then, without warning, he hooked his arms under Thorn's and swooped him up with a sudden lift.
