If you were to ask Julianne Bennett what her greatest accomplishment was she wouldn't say creating the Chosen One. Not even the pocket dimension she called Paradise. She'd say being a mother.

She was only a parent to Makari for mere seconds before Alessandra stormed her way into Paradise and stabbed her in the back.

Then Cecelia Bennett came along. The reincarnation of the soul she forged two thousand years before. She was everything Julianne imagined her daughter to be. Intelligent, kind, beautiful.

Julianne vowed she would never allow Cecelia to have that same fate. She would protect her child better than Makari.

When she was summoned to New Orleans she came with the idea Cecelia was in labor. She had Morgan and Mia getting the birthing room in order.

She was wrong.

"She's gone," Klaus told her frantically. He and his family looked to her as their saving grace. In reality, Julianne's stomach sank.

She instructed Rebekah to fetch a map while Klaus ran to find something that belonged to the pregnant woman. He looked around her bedroom his eye zoning in on his brother's daylight ring. She wore it everywhere. It was odd that it wasn't in her possession.

Julianne tied the ring to a string, ripped a strand of hair from her head, and laid the map on a desk.

The Mikaelsons noted that Julianne's chanting was a bit different than Cecelia. Although Cece sounded like hums, Julianne's was more of a whistle tone. This was the siren song from legend. She tried looking through the Chosen One's eyes but it was darkness. She cursed to herself.

"What do you see?" Klaus asked from his desk. The ground shook under their feet. The temperature was starting to drop in the house.

"Shut up and let me think," she snapped. The room was surprised. Julianne rarely lost her cool well least they'd never see it.

She wasn't angry at them. More concerned than anything. The earthquake shook her out of her thoughts, a heavy feeling weighing in her chest. Flowers around the manor started wilting.

"Why is it so cold?" Hayley asked the same question they all had. She rubbed her arms for warmth. Elijah shrugged his suit jacket off and covered her with it.

"They're draining her magic," Julianne whispered to herself. She nodded to nobody. "Giving it back to nature to balance it out. "Let's go." She didn't wait for Klaus's permission before transporting them to Mystic Falls.

They landed in the Bennett house. Blood was the first thing the hybrid smelled. They hear Bonnie scream.

"Shit," she said holding her chest. "You scared me. Where is she?"

Julianne didn't answer. She moved passed Bonnie inspecting every inch of the house. She bent down picking up the stake discarded on the floor. Looking into Bonnie's mind she saw the events that unfolded. None of the women in the house was familiar. The body jumping theory was correct for all of them. In Paradise Morgan and Mia hadn't figured out the bloodlines yet. They needed more time.

A shake to her arm made her jump. Klaus looked at her with concern. "Cece's visions. You've seen them yes?"

Catching on to what he meant she replayed the first vision Cecelia had. A clearing deep in the forest. The sound of running water. A stone altar in the center. The full moon is in clear view. She wasn't sure it was in Mystic Falls. The trees were familiar. She closed her eyes and started pacing as she kept replaying it.

When Makari was born Morgan and Julianne hid deep in the woods. The area was the outline for Paradise, an escape to keep Alessandra from killing them both. She landed in Paradise but was quickly followed by the vengeful nature enchanter.
