"Get off of me!" I fought against the eight hands holding down to the stone slab. "Let me go!"

"Abomination," Someone seethed in the background. "Both of you! Abomination!"

I jerked awake, nearly choking on my on breath. My body dripped sweat, soaking the sheets under me. My heart beating out of my chest. After a minute to collect myself I made the decision to shower. Getting out of bed was a new challenge. Using one of the poles I pulled myself up, stumbling as I went. I waddled into the bathroom to turn the water on.

The shower wasn't long. My angel made sure of that with my swollen ankles. Standing for long periods was out of the question. I quickly brushed my teeth and went back into my bedroom. I wasn't worried about getting dressed being I didn't plan to leave the house today. Instead I moisturized using 100% shea butter Morgan gifted me for my newly emerging stretch marks. It took ten minutes to change my sheets but I refused to sleep in the damp ones.

After a two hour nap I was rudely awakened by rough shakes on my shoulder. I groaned, slapping the hands away. "Okay, okay i'm up."

"I need you in Paradise. Mia thinks she found their hideout," Julianne spoke still shaking me. "You can sleep there."

A week had passed since my last visit to Paradise. Julianne fought me on the decision for hours, saying it wasn't safe. As right as she was I needed to come home. Nik was going crazy with worry once he realized I was gone for five days straight. Hayley went missing and I supposedly was the other target. My pregnancy was revealed to Marcel by Davina, the teenage witch he's using to police the witches in the city. The ancestors had been whispering rumors but somehow they were confirmed by one of the missing enchanters.

"Jules I think being in Paradise is speeding up the pregnancy," I murmured pulling a pillow to cuddle. "I'm tired. Nik is tracking Billie down as we speak. Have him go to that location."

"Move over," she instructed softly. I did as told and she sat in the empty spot. "Let me see." I lowered the blanket reveling my towel covered bump. Laying on my back hurt too much so I leaned on my elbows. Julianne's left hand rested over my belly button. She was silent as she closed her eyes. My angel's heartbeat was rapid causing a wave a peace over me.

My favorite song.

"You're further along than I originally believed. I'd say you have about two weeks left at most. Three if we're lucky." she said nodding with her eyes still closed. "You're positive about this theory?"

"Yeah," I breathed, "I can feel it. That's part of the reason why i'm back home. I was setting up the nursery yesterday."

"Would you like some help?" She offered, putting her cool hand on my forehead.

"That would nice." The guest room was being converted being that no one ever used it. Well Nik does every so often. Either way my angel was getting her own room. The furniture was sent to Paradise. I'm sure there's an extra room I could put it all in. I used magic to paint the room baby pink. That's all I could muster yesterday. I was exhausted for some reason. I used magic as a cheat codes but I was still drowsy.

So there we sat on the floor figuring out have to build a crib. Julianne suggested I use magic but I was determined to do it without witchcraft. After a few tears and curses at the ceiling the crib was complete. Julianne positioned it on the wall next to the window. We stocked the changing table with wipes, diapers, and small blue trash bags.

"What is that?" She pointed to the bottle warmer. Teaching a two thousand year old woman about 21st century technology is extremely difficult. She was spooked when it beeped after I turned it on.
