Starlet’s POV

Hunter has stopped the car for a break and I decide to see just how far he is willing to go for his little lie.

“Hunter we need to test your theory”

“What?”

“I mean you need to cut me and see if you can find it, there’s a knife in my pocket”

“How long have you had a knife on you?”

“I had to be sure that I could trust you”

“Here” I take the knife out and hand it to him, will he do it?

I watch as he takes the knife and starts nearing my arm and that’s when I realise he will do anything to get me to believe his little lie even cutting my arm when I know for a fact there is nothing there.

“WAIT!” I shout, his hand tenses over the knife and he looks me in the eye and lowers the knife.

“Where are we going Hunter?”

“Washington”

“Why?”

“To get the answers”

“Answers?”

“That’s what you want isn’t it?”

“No I want the truth”

“Believe me you’ll get it”

Justin’s POV

It took ages but I have finally managed to track Sam down the pathetic tool was hiding at garage a few miles away called Jimmy’s tyre shop.

The first thing I notice when I enter the shop is it’s completely empty there are no cars or tools, the place is completely bare. I hear movement coming from one of the rooms at the back and make my way towards it with my gun loaded and ready to shoot. I find Sam lying on the ground I pull him to his feet and point the gun at him.

“Go ahead but the baby will have no father!”

I freeze remembering what it’s like to grow up without a father, you have to go to your mum for everything and my mum wasn’t well so I had no one all I had was Hunter and I took care of him as the older brother.

I flash back to the night Anna kissed me, Yes she kissed me first at first I was shocked this girl was so much younger than me nearly four years younger but then I kissed her back. We spent all our time together and then one night I remember her saying this...

“Justin promise me something?”

“Anything”

“If anything happens to me love my baby”

“I promise Anna I love him like he is my own son”

I snap out of daze and pull the trigger and Sam falls to the ground lifeless.

“I’ll be his father”

Andy’s POV

I sit in the dirt trying to find a way to escape so that I can be beside my angel when she finally learns the truth, she might cry, she might be angry and upset with me and.... people but I want to be there for her.

I know that I’m going to have to break one of my arms if I’m going to escape. So I lift my left arm up and bend it back and forth until I hear a loud snap, I hold my breath and curse in pain as I wriggle my wrist out of the hand cuffs leaving my wrists bloody and raw.

Using my left arm I fiddle with the handcuffs until I’m free.

I kick the door but it’s really strong so I won’t be getting out that way, I look around and observe my surroundings and find a window. I look out of the window and it’s not too far down but the impact is going to hurt like hell.

I use all my strength and push up onto the window ledge and in one breath jump I mutter under my breath as the concrete comes into contact with my feet stinging the soles of my feet.

I limp past the building and make my way back to camp always checking that it’s clear and no one is following me.

When I arrive back at camp the helicopter with mail on it is here and I run fast and hide in the back of it not knowing where it’s going but I can only hope it’s going to Washington Airmail.

Lucas POV

I kiss Maria back once again never getting enough of her sweet lips and minty breath.

“Well I guess this would make me your girlfriend?”

“You got it ...... babe” she just laughs, I love her laugh it’s so sexy

“Thank you Lucas for everything”

“I want you to stay here where it’s safe”

“What about you?”

“I’ll be fine”

“No you won’t Hunter has something big planned”

“Maria everything will be ok”

“Go but be safe”

“That’s so cliché”

“I mean it though”

“You have nothing to worry about”
