I plucked the knife out and tossed it into the trash. To be honest, I have no idea how it got there.
"Aubrey, never do that again. You scared the shit out of me." Penny said accusingly, then went to the kitchen to see what food we had left. The rest of the night I never got the chance to apologize to her, though it wasn't my fault to begin with. I never knew there would be pastas after us!
Luckily nothing came overnight, or else she might blame me for that too, if one of us isn't dead.
I didn't talk to her that morning. I just went out, without even some sort of breakfast. I sat in front of Cody's grave, and just stared at it.
It has not been a long time, but I really miss him. Cody never got upset because of me.
And now what? Penn and I have no idea what to do. What plans could we make now? We can't leave, we can't do much more than survive. Antonio made plans for us. He had told us what we needed to do.
