unexpected moments

Mika's POV

It's lunchtime and i'm at the pantry but I've been staring at my food for half an hour now. I can't find the appetite to munch on my food.

A lot has happened this morning.

What's with this day? i groaned covering my face with my hands. I'm still trying to guess who was that mysterious person who stole my first kiss.

I still can't believe that a stranger will just steal my first kiss away. I was hoping for my first kiss to be special but what the heck?!! and not only that i was trying to recover with what happened in that dark room when Ara went inside our classroom inviting us to watch their game this afternoon.

I thought he was mad at me but to my surprise she smiled and winked at me and that put all my blood rushing to my face.

That girl is so weird. well cute weird.I can't say that i didn't like what she did but it just puzzles me. The last time i saw her she was glaring at me and now she is smiling and winking at me. Can that be a mood swing? Oh i don't know this handsome girl is causing me headaches.

Matt: Heyh girl how was your day? Matt sat beside me with a sandwich and a bottle of coke.

Mika: It's an excruciating day bestie. I frowned as i faced him.

Matt: you sure you got a bad one? I saw him checking me out raising his eyebrows.

Mika: Yes, why? don't you believe me? I irritatingly asked her.

Matt: It seemed like you enjoyed this morning babe. He pointed out something in my neck.

Mika: What was it? I asked intriguing him since i can't see what he is talking about.

He pulled at a mirror and he showed me a mark on my neck.

Mika: What's this? It's too big for an insect bite. i asked him

Matt: not an insect bite indeed darling, now tell me who's the guilty person? moving his eyebrows up and down

My face looks horrified i just remembered that bastard stranger nibbled and bit my neck. My face turned red when i realized that i have been walking around the school with this mark on my neck. Well with my short hair this stupid mark cannot be covered unless i wear a hoodie or a scarf maybe?

OH no, i groaned. My head fell down to the table.

Matt: So what now? are you gonna tell who is this mysterious kisser?

Mika: I can't tell you. My face still down.

Matt: I thought i was your bestfriend. Oh you're hurting my feelings baby. Matt turned his back on me.

Mika: Besty please don't get mad. The problem is i don't have an idea who kissed me. I pulled him back to face me so he can hear me whisper.

Matt: What? i don't understand. his eyes widened and giving me that don't give me that answer look.

I was so embarrassed and i don't know what to say so i just hugged him tight. well we just stayed in that position. Matt knows me too well and he knows that i just don't do reckless things.

Matt: Okay, okay I know you're not yet ready to open up but if ever you need me you know i'm always here for you ok? i nodded.

Matt: Oh by the way, do you wanna watch the volleyball game later? capt. Ara will be playing. I know that he is teasing me to divert the things that i have in mind.

Mika: Okay we can watch but you need to buy the tickets and the snacks. I moved my brows up and down.

Matt: Okay okay, if that will make you happy. He hugged me.

I smiled at him.

Our classes already ended so we are on our way to the convenience store to buy snacks for the game.

We were about to enter the store when i noticed a pile of girls peeking thru the store windows.

I went straight to the bottled drinks counter and grabbing 2 bottles of coke then i was about to grab a bag of pretzel and chips when i noticed that Ara and her team mate was getting some bottled waters. I was about to turn around when somebody grabbed my arm

Ara: Are you gonna watch the game?

Mika: Aahhhmm. Yes? I turned to her giving a why are you holding my arm look

Ara: Ah, Okay well that's good i hope you enjoy. she removed her hands grabbing my arms.

Mika: Thank you. I was so relieved when she started walking away from me.

but before i make a step going to the counter.

Ara: Take care baby.... she whispered in my ear, then she walked away.

I almost melted. my legs felt weak i leaned on the food counter to regain my balance.

Matt: Are you done getting what you want besty? come let's pay for it then let's buy tickets.

He grabbed all the foods and put it in the counter.

This is the first time that i watched a whole volleyball game and i actually enjoyed it. Ara is awesome, that's the reason why she was assigned as a captain she is way too good.

Well they won. Each and everytime Ara rejoices for every point that their team make it always melts my heart away. There is really something with this girl. She is always on my mind but i still can't figure out why...all i know is that i always wanted to see her and when she's near my heart always skips a beat.

I need to figure this out soon. i need to find out why this girl has this big effect on me. O h and yeah i need to find out who is that bastard stranger who kissed me.
