Mika's POV

Its been 5 days since the last time I saw Ara. What worries me was the message i received from her 3 days ago. She said that she'd be gone for a week and she never explained why. i do trust her but you can't blame me if i worry right? I don't have any idea what's happening with her. I miss hugging her, i miss kissing her, i miss spending time with her, i miss Ara, I miss my baby.

I tried calling kim and asked if she knows what happened with her bestfriend but she told me that she has no idea. I'm dying to find out if she's alright.

oooohhh.... oa na sa oa pero miss ko talaga siya.

I keep on reading her message over and over again.

Vic's POV

It's been 5 days since the last time i saw Mika. 5 days of hell. I badly wanna see her. I looked at my watch and its 1am and i can't sleep so i decided to go to Mika's house.

I called Matt this afternoon and checked on Mika. he told me that Mika lost her appetite and always misses lunch, he also told me that Mika has been staying home alone for 3 days now since her dad and mom fought again last weekend and it's breaking my heart. It kills me that i can't take care of her and that i can't be with her when she needs me.

I am outside Mika's house trying to find a way to get in and i saw a tree nearby her window.

Ok, this is perfect. I whispered to myself.

I climbed on the tree and luckily her windows are open. I sneaked in and there you go i can see my angel tucked in her pink blanket sleeping soundly. I sat beside her and stared at her beautiful face.

My heart broke when i saw eye bags and prominent cheekbones. It seems like Matt was telling the truth. She lost some weight. I need to do something about this.

I leaned and softly whispered in her ear.

I love you so much, it will be hard baby i may have to move mountains to make everything alright and ill be more than willing to do it. I'm looking forward to our wonderful future.

i held her hand and kissed it gently.

I spent the whole time watching Mika asleep.
I can do this  forever, in fact this  is one of my favorite things to do.

It's almost 3 o clock in the morning when i decided to leave and go home.

Mika's POV

I woke up with runny nose and my bad i forgot to close my windows last night before going to sleep.

The day went by so fast. I am sitting in the pantry with Matt. Matt ordered foods good enough to feed both of us but i just can't find my appetite these past few days. While waiting for Matt to finish i decided to play something on my phone when somebody tapped me on my shoulder.

I looked and i was surprised when i see 4 girls standing behind me.

Girl: You're Mika Reyes right?

I really don't know what's happening right now. I looked at Matt and it seems like he also don't have any idea on what's coming up.

Mika: Yes I am why?

The girl smiled at me.

Girl: Ms. Ara sent us to sing a song for you.

I was shocked. I was so not expecting this. Damn this girl is so sweet. Eeesssshhh kilig much!!! 😉

The girls started to sing yellow by coldplay. Ara really knows me well.

Listening to the song gave me flashbacks of all the wonderful memories i have with Ara. I miss this girl so much even though she's out of my sight she never failed to make me happy . Bongga kinikilig talaga ako!!!!

I thought the surprise was done after the girls ended the song and waved goodbye but i saw Kim coming on my way carrying something.

Mika: Hi Kim... how are you..

Kim: Hello Miks, I'm ok. How about you? kaya pa?

i felt tears forming in my eyes.

Mika: It's not easy kim pero kinakaya ko.. ayyy mali.. kakayanin ko pala...

i wiped my tears and smiled at her.

Kim: Pinapabigay pala ni Ara.

She handed me the paperbag and i checked what's inside. I was expecting something generic like flowers or maybe stuffed toys but when i finally opened the box inside the paperbag....

It's a bento. I was shocked. i raised my eyebrows and looked at kim.

Mika: Pagkain? she laughed.

Kim: Sweet no? somebody told Ara that you've been missing lunch so from now on she will be sending you food every lunchtime just to make sure that you will be eating.

My heart melted. I thought she already forgot about me but here she goes trying to make sure that i feed my tummy. Kim was about to leave when i grabbed her arm.

Mika: ahhhmmm Kim, if ever you see her or talk to her please tell her that i love her and i miss her so much. let her know that i won't let go. I'll be waiting for her.

She smiled at me and gave me an assurance that she will deliver my message to Ara.

For the first time after a few days of no appetite, i managed to finish the bento all by myself. matt wants to have some but i didn't let him. This food came from my love and i wanted to make sure that i'll finish the food all by myself.

It feels so nice to be full again. I missed this feeling. You know i love food and i often get hungry but nowadays without Ara, it feels like she also took my appetite with her but i guess i don't need to worry anymore specially now that i know that Ara is still taking care of me even though she's out of sight.

I tapped myself on the shoulder and whispered:
She got you Mika...
