Ms Bad (Dick Grayson x Reader) Pt. 3

You woke up at the Wayne Manor the next day and looked around. It was a nice guest room. It had quite a few expensive paintings in them. Now you had your own money, but you could see why Selina would try to steal from the manor.

You saw the towel neatly folded and your clothes, which were folded before, were now more properly folded. It turns out Alfred washed your clothes last night, dried them, and folded them for you. So now you could take a nice shower. You entered the bathroom to see if it had all the essentials. And low and behold this whole damn bathroom was stocked. All different kinds of shampoos, conditioners, soaps, moisturizers, antiperspirants, and acne cleansers. You helped yourself, cautiously and found a detangling comb and detangling brush.

You took a nice hot shower, got yourself all cleaned up, and put on your clean clothes. You went downstairs, with your items, and got a little lost in the mansion.

Damian came out of his room and was wearing a gi. He looked over at you. "Dick is in the kitchen."

"Okay." You said.

Damian looked at you. "You have never been here before have you?"

"Nope."

Damian pointed to a stairway. "Head down those stairs and go down the hallway. The second archway to the left is where the kitchen is."

"Thanks."

"Whatever." Damian said.

You rolled your eyes and then he stopped you for a second.

"How is Christina doing?" Damian asked.

You smiled. "She's good. She's been wanting to talk to you again."

Damian cleared his throat a bit and didn't know what to really say.

You held your hand out. "I'll put her number in your phone."

Damian handed it over and you did just that. "Thank you." He mumbled.

"You're welcome grumpy." You said and headed on your way.

You followed the directions and saw Dick sitting at the island. He was eating cereal quietly, by himself. You smiled and sat beside him.

Dick looked over and smiled. "Hey. How'd you sleep?"

"Great. Thank you for all of this." You said.

Dick smiled. "Not a problem at all."

You thought about last night. "I think... I think I need to tell you about my father."

"You told me in your sleep." Dick said. "You even started crying. And I am not upset by it."

This time you couldn't help but let some tears fall. "I just... sometimes, I want to be normal. I am grateful for what I have. But I am so used to losing so much because it is always happening."

Dick frowned and held your hand.

"I've lost friends. I've lost homes, loved ones, and so much." You said. "I was raised by so many people that were under spells." You told him. "And I was also made to stop from anyone rising who posed a slight challenge to my father or to set them straight. I even had to change back and forth between timelines and universes. Finally I am here."

"Here?" Dick asked.

"Finally, on the last universe I can protect and live in. All the rest I completed." You explained.

"Well what happens to you now? Since you are finishing it?" Dick asked.

You looked at your hands as you thought about the question. Because, in a way, it was like you were asking yourself it too. Instead you gave him a shrug. "I guess live and try to let things get better for others."
