Update!!

It was the last week of November, and the semester was finally winding down.

The halls felt quieter, the classrooms a little more relaxed. Final assignments had been submitted, and everyone was preparing for the winter break, making travel plans or catching up on sleep. For Jungkook, it meant packing his bags for Busan.

Fifteen days. That's how long he'd be gone. It didn't sound like much at first, but when it meant fifteen whole days away from Taehyung, it felt heavier than he expected. It had become a rhythm now—seeing him nearly every other week, Taehyung wasn't able to visit him more often because of his father's upcoming election duties. He was more engrossed in those campaigns.

Taehyung came last month for a few hours, he was visiting near by so he dropped by to meet him.

But now it was almost the end of the semester, meaning that he was visiting his family, Jungkook knew he needed this visit. He missed his family, despite all the restrictions, all the unsaid things, and the quiet rules he always had to follow. They were still his people. His family.

Taehyung wanted to come and meet him but he had go to Suwon for his dads campaign. Even though he wanted to come and meet him but it was really difficult for him to go against his father. Specially if it was matter of his campaign. He was very upset but he knew he cant go against his father right now.

Jungkook sat cross-legged on his bed, his phone clutched tightly in his hands as the screen glowed with Taehyung's face.

His hyungie was in car probably going somewhere for some work.

Yes jungkook know who his father was and what is was doing.

But right now he was supper excited to meet his family. He had a morning train the next day.

"Hyung, I'm so excited to meet little Nari," Jungkook said, practically bouncing in place.

Taehyung hummed, his lips curling into a small pout. "I know, bun, you've been talking about her for the past four days. Honestly, you're making me jealous of the little girl."

Jungkook rolled his eyes but smiled. He knew Taehyung was teasing, but there was a tiny part of him that he knew was probably feeling a little possessive

"You don't have to be jealous, hyung," Jungkook reassured, shifting so he could hug a pillow against his chest. "She's just a baby. I'm just super excited to meet her."

Taehyung's pouted, though his eyes twinkled with mischief. "I know, bun. My baby is going to meet another baby."

Jungkook groaned, hiding his face in the pillow, his cheeks burning. "Hyunggg, stop calling me that."

"But you are my baby," Taehyung countered smoothly, a knowing smirk playing on his lips.
