The Deed

Gideon breaks into the mystery shack and tries to steal the deed even though that is not really how it works but Stan scares him away. A little later Bill comes up to me. "That white haired kid is trying to summon me."

"You can go to him but you cannot do anything that will harm me, my family or the mystery shack and you have to check with me to see if any of the things he asks you to do are allowed. Deal?"

"Deal." He shakes my hand and heads off leaving his vessel behind.

It doesn't take long for Bill to pop back into my head and say that Gideon wants access to Stan's mind so he can look for the code to the safe where the deed to the mystery shack is placed. "You can let him into Stan's mind but make sure that he can't actually find the code. I will join you in his head as soon as my siblings actually notice."

"Hahahaha. It sounds fun." He says before disappearing again. Soon after Mabel and Soos run in saying that we have to save Stan. Mabel describes Bill and Dipper finds a page that talks about him and how you should never make a deal with him.

It takes a bit of convincing from Mabel but Dipper agrees that we have to 'save' Stan from Bill. "Get ready guys. We are about to journey to the most horrifying and disturbing place that any of us have ever been. Our uncles mind." I giggle slightly at the thought that his mind could even come close to the most disturbing place I have ever been but simply go along with the others.

We get ready and head into Stan's mind. "Careful guys we have to look out for the triangle guy." Mabel says as Bill appears on the steps of the mystery shack in Stan's mind.

"Yeah, look for the triangle guy." Bill says shocking the others. They talk back and forth for a while before Bill heads into Stan's memories. We all follow him in and the others quickly start opening doors in hopes of finding the code to the safe before Bill. I wander around looking in random doors to see memories some of which I am in and some of which I was not a part of.

I wander around as Bill pretends to be trying to look for the memory of the code. Through a mess up from my siblings he ended up with the memory so to keep with his game he starts to tell Gideon the code before 'dropping' it into a memory of the bottomless pit. After that Gideon says he is going to start with plan B so I look at Bill and mentally give him permission to play with my siblings and Soos more as long as he does not actually hurt them before heading out of Stan's mind.

I pick myself up off the floor and look around to see if I can notice anything but clearly Gideon is not here quite yet. I walk over to where the safe is, pull the deed out, put the deed in the shadows and sit on top of the safe to wait and see what happens. It does not take long though and soon enough Gideon blasts through the wall with Dynamite. "What do you think you are doing?"

"I thought you were still in Stanford's mind."

"Well clearly I am not so why not tell me what plan B is."

"Dynamite obviously." He says waving another stick of it.

"You are aware that destruction of property is illegal right?"

"Of course. But no one will believe you guys over this cute face." He says pressing his fingers into his cheeks.

"I have a few people who would and they happen to be in rather high positions of power."

"I don't believe you."

"I mean whether you believe me or not is irrelevant. I would just prefer if you did not destroy the place that I am currently living in."

"Why would I care what you think?" I shrug slightly.

"I do not know but tread lightly as you are starting to irritate me." I say letting a slight glare slip on my face leading to him stepping back some. He seems to debate his chances against me before running out of the house screaming about how this is not the end of him.

I put the deed back and start to tidy up when Bill returns to his bird form and flies over to me while the others wake up. "Elise?! Where'd you go?!" Mabel calls from the living room.

"I am in here." I call out leading to my siblings joining me in the room.

"Woah what happened?" Dipper asks.

"Gideon broke in but I stopped him before he could get the deed by blowing the safe up."

"Good job kid." Stan says to me as he walks over and ruffles my hair.

"Well I am not exactly fond of the idea of losing our current residence."

"Fair enough. Now let's make some dinner." He says as we all head to the kitchen.
