Large hands grabbed at my waist and pushed me back into a warm chest. I sighed, forgetting the altercation that had happened earlier.

Kano was nuzzling my neck, making me want to fall back asleep. The sun was just starting to rise but light sleet could be heard outside, so little light was allowed into the room.

"Mmhm." I hummed as Kano's lips hit a particularly spot on my neck. My arm went behind me and I ran my hands into his hair. His hand that was under me grabbed my right breast, giving it a hard squeeze. "Kano, don't do that unless you want to have a repeat of last night." I growled, then paused as a bout of nausea suddenly rose. Fuck. This shit is soooo annoying.

"Who says I don't want a repeat of last night?" I rolled my eyes and grabbed both hands, pulling them off of me before I scooted away from him. "Come here. I wasn't done with you yet." He grabbed at my hair and pulled me back playfully.

I turned around and glared at him, not wanting to talk in fear of throwing up. I felt my eyes water as I felt some come up, but swallowed it back down. I really needed to go see the pack doctor.

"What's wrong?" He asked as I turned back around and got up, my naked body suddenly hitting the cold morning air that could be felt around the pack house. I ignored him and grabbed my shirt off the floor before slipping it on and running to the bathroom.

When I reached the door I quickly shut it and locked it before spilling my guts into the toilet. Ehhhhhh. It was just bile and stomach contents since I hadn't eaten anything after Bali's food last night.

I rested my head on the toilet for a second as I dry heaved another bout of vomit. I felt the door be thrown open, and I glanced to the side to notice that the whole door was detached from its hinges and now on the floor. Are you fucking kidding me? I thought.

No, I'm not kidding you. And I just knew he was listening to my thoughts from the bond. I was now trying my hardest to fight the thought that I was pregnant away. "Is this your first time throwing up?" He asked as he suddenly bent down and started holding my hair.

"Yes." I sighed before I started another round in the toilet. His hand started gently rubbing and patting my bat. Probably trying to help me get it all out. All it was doing was pissing me off thinking that if I was going to deal with this for the next month or two I was going to off myself.

This shit was terrible. I had never felt nauseas in my life. And this is what gets me down? I wiped my eyes when I was done and moved away from the toilet. Kano flushed it for me. His eyes were glazed over and I just knew he was mind-linking the Andrea.

"We're going to see the pack doctor now."

"We?" I asked, feeling my face start to burn. Oh hell no. I could not let him know that I was pregnant. "I can go by myself." I argued.

"No... this isn't normal. Andrea will know what to do." He grabbed me up from the floor by my arm and led me to the bedroom door despite my protest.

The wind whispered low through the trees as the sun stayed hidden through the sleet and winter, golden rays painting the world in fading warmth. Kano had insisted on walking me to the pack doctor's house, even though I told him I was feeling better.

Truthfully, I didn't want to go. I knew that the second all of my symptoms were accounted for, it would be obvious that I was indeed pregnant. And the thought was still scary in itself. It would make it even more real if I found out this way. But Kano had that unrelenting look in his eye — the one that said he would carry me there if I so much as tried to turn around.

We walked in silence for a while, our shoulders brushing occasionally. The air between us was still stiff from the earlier, but calmer now. I kept glancing at him out the corner of my eye. His jaw was tense. He was scanning the forest like something was hunting us.
