Jessica's POV

Not too long after our little meet-and-greet, we picked up Seiryuu and headed to the pirate ship. Because, ya know, Yona wanted to help, and Jae-ha questioned me constantly on if they were the people 'destined' to help us. Us being the Pirates.

During the walk, Yona was explaining who I was and how we met, "Miss Jessica originally only knew my father. It was my birthday and my father thought it would be good to introduce us, so he did."

Yoon was extremely interested, "Really? She doesn't look like someone you'd see around the palace. Ah! No offense!"

"None taken. Many people think that." I take out my invite to get into the palace, "King Il even had to write me an invite with an official stamp in order to get in without any trouble."

"She's so kind, she even brought me a present and told of the future!"

Now, everyone seemed interested, but Hak voiced the group's thoughts, "You can tell the future?"

"Well, yeah. My official title is Priestess, and I'm very accurate."

"It's true!" Yona buts in, "She told me that my present-which was a very pretty yukata-would save my life, and it allowed Hak and I to escape!" I smile at her complement.

That's when Kija decided to tell of the fortune I gave him, "She came into the village, was tied up, but still told me my master would arrive soon. She was right, not a few days after Yona-Hime came for me."

Shin-Ah nodded as well, "She told me. . . something similar."

Jae-ha had fake tears running down his face, "But, Jessie-dear! Why am I the only one left out?!"

I looked to him with a deadpan look, "Because you refused to listen when I attempted to tell you. And to be fair, I told Captain that she would need help from the dragons, so you could have figured it out from that!" I was now slightly twitching from annoyance.

"O-okay, Jessie-dear."

~~~~~
We had gotten to the ship not too long ago, and Captain Gi-Gan immediately set out to test the others.
All of the guys except Yoon was tested by fighting against the crew like me.
Yoon proved his usefulness by explaining his vast knowledge about medicine, cooking, and explosives.
Yona, however, had yet to prove her usefulness. And Gi-gan was not merciful. The task given to Yona was to get the Sengeso(sp?) herb from a dangerous cliff.
At first, Jae-ha was the only one to accompany her, but after a bit of convincing, I was allowed to go as well. Seeing as how I was trusted by Gi-gan and Hak. So, here we are.
Yona went along the cliff first, followed by me then Jae-ha. We knew Jae-ha could only go so far before the path was too narrow for him, so I would follow if we got that far.
Some way down, a big gust of wind blew against us, causing Yona to freeze and Jae-ha to hold me against the cliff. The gesture was appreciated, but also caused my annoyance to grow. The only thing that kept me from lashing out was my worry for Yona.
She was having an internal battle with herself, but I could feel her growing in spirit. She was going to finish this, one way or another. With that thought, Yona took off again with me and Jae-ha not far behind.
Worry was evident on Jae-ha's face, but I was full of confidence, "Don't worry so much. If I thought something bad would happen I would have stopped us before we left the ship. Have some confidence, Jae-ha baka!"
"Alright. I trust you, Jessie-dear. It's too narrow now, I'll leave it to you. I'll be here, just call out, Jessie-dear."
I smiled, "Got it!"
~~~~

"Right through here, Yona," I say as I lead her through an opening in the cliff. Once we got to the opening, I took the lead.

A white herb that looked like a dandelion caught Yona's attention, "This is it, right, Miss Jessica?"

"Ah."

~~~~
After picking multiple Sengeso(sp?), we headed out to tell Jae-ha we were coming back. I exited first, and quickly turned around and pushed Yona back inside the little cave. A wave crashed into me and dragged me off the cliff.
Yona's POV
I was about to leave the little cave with Miss Jessica, but she suddenly turned around and pushed me deeper into the cave. Not too long after, I felt water on my feet.
I quickly got up and ran out of the little opening to see Jae-ha looking around worried, "Jae-ha!"
Looking a little more relieved, he turned to me, "Yona-dear! Thank goodness. What about Jessie-dear?"
I froze, "I though she might be with you."
Jae-ha was back to his worried state, "What happened?"
"S-she pushed me b-back into the little cave. Then, I felt water on my feet, but didn't think anything of it," our eyes widened in realization.
"Um, guys? I can only hold myself up for so long. These injuries are a pain," we turned simultaneously to the side of the cliff and looked down to see Miss Jessica hanging on the foliage.
