Jessica's POV
I left behind the little cave housing the Seiryuu's village early this morning. Now, it was late afternoon and I was in Earth Tribe territory. Only a few more hours and I'd be at the port town of Awa.
Kija POV
It has been a few days since I joined Hime-san's group. During our travels, I couldn't help but think of the young lady who visited the village only days before.
-"Maa, maa, if you were listening, I came to give you guidance," the purple haired lady said giving off a childish vibe.
"Ha?! You-?"
She cut me off in an extremely serious voice, "Your master will come soon. The one with fiery red hair and kind violet eyes will travel to obtain the power of the four dragons." She paused, "So please let me go, ne~."-
The young lady's prediction was true, no sooner had she left, the princess had come searching for me. Perhaps I judged the young lady wrong, and now that I think about it, we seemed to have met before.

I just came from my father's chambers and ended up at the spring, my new cut across my back stung and soaked my clothes in the sticky red blood, "Are you alright, Shiro-san?" [AN: Shiro means white :3]I had jumped. It was obvious she wasn't from around here, with her long, purple hair and odd choice of clothing, "Who are you?"
She softly laughed, "My name is Jessica. Now, Shiro-san, let's clean up that wound, ne~?"
She helped me slip off the top of my traditional robes and put a cloth into the spring water, "You're trespassing."
"So?" She asked as she gently cleaned my wound, "Try that again when I see you again, Shiro-san. You'll have plenty of time to become more menacing, but for now," she paused to rinse out her cloth, take out some cream and bandages, then began to work again, "just let me tend to your wound, and I'll be on my way."
~~
True to her word, when she finished, she left soon after with a, 'See ya, Shiro-san!'
"Kija?" Hime-san brought me out of my thoughts.
"Yes, Hime?"
"Can you sense the blue dragon here?" She asked while pointing to the caves on the side of the mountain.
"Yes, Hime-san. I can clearly sense him."
Jessica's POV
I finally managed to make it to Awa by nightfall. As I look for somewhere to stay for the night, I get pulled into an alley. I tried to call out, but a hand is placed over my mouth.
Although this wouldn't be the first time I've been dragged into an alleyway, this was the only time I was outnumbered. That normally wouldn't be a problem, but I can't do anything backed into a corner. So I did the most logical thing I could think of: I called out with my presence.
This would alert anyone who is really in tune with their 'spiritual self' or Ryokuryuu. Either would work about now.
Seiryuu's POV
More outsiders had come, and the villagers actually responded, but I know Ah-nee isn't with them. She left me a note this morning telling me we'd meet again soon.
I could hear a girl's voice within this secret chamber, and she sounded distressed. My only option was to save her, she didn't do anything to deserve to rot down here. So, that's what I did.
I went to find her, and saw she was being lead by a villager. I quickly grabbed the girl and the terrified villager fled.
I lead the red-headed girl to her companions. I paused long enough to register the presence of the white dragon, but then I fled.
Jessica's POV
One of the men had me pinned to the wall. I was constantly thrashing and trying to get any type of noise out into the night. Then, I hear the sound of clothing flapping through the air.
A young man with green hair dropped from the sky and took out three of the guys and then proceeded to knock out the man who held me captive, "Hello, my dear. You called?"
My eyes widened with realization, "Ryokuryuu! But-I-What?"
"Seems you know, ha?"
"Thank-thank you. I'm a priestess, and I'm here to tell you about the future-If you want!" I was flustered because I still hadn't realized I was safe.
He softly laughed, "Relax. I'm Jae-ha, can I know your name, my dear?"
I could hear the slight cockiness in his voice, reminding me of one of my past friends, "Jessica. Do you wish to know about the future?"
"Ah, see? Now you're more relaxed!"
"Jae-ha, answer the question," although I was relaxed, I was a little more on edge then when I first entered Awa.
He sighed, "Not currently, you seem like you should rest." I gave him a look that said 'where?'. He gave off a smile, "Captain Gi-gan won't mind if I bring you back. She'll want to know the future as well."
"I guess I could do that."
"Great! Then," he wrapped an arm around my waist, "let's get going!" As those final words left his mouth, we were flying through the air.
