Bella's P.O.V

After Louis left, the lads walked in with Crystal and Perrie...I just want to be alone, I want to cry my heart out right now. But my real question is who do I really love Harry or....Louis?

"Hey Bella, how are you?" Crystal asked sitting down on the edge of my bed

"I'm ok, still in some pain but yeah...I'm ok" I lied but the pain part was true...I'm in a lot of pain not just because of the whole birth of my baby but of Louis running out and I still can't believe he walked in on me telling Harry I...love him

She looked at me and she knew something was up, so she gave everyone a dirty look as in saying "get out before I end your life". So everyone got out and she neared me more, I swallowed on nothing....I can't take that dirty look she giving me....I think I just need to tell her, but I just can't say oh hey me and Louis kissed and he told me he loves me then my water broke.....I CAN'T SAY THAT

"What happen with you and Louis, because after you guys left your room somethings been up with you two?" She asked looking right into my eyes

"Ok, but don't tell anyone what I'm about to tell you....got it" I said in a whispered voice

She nodded, I sigh and looked at her....I bit my bottom lip thinking how I'm I going to say this I just hope it doesn't come out all weird and stupid

"You see.....ughhhh.....Louis said he.....loves me, and then my water kinda broke when he kissed me. Then he walked in on me and Harry kissing and I kinda told Harry I love him....but I'm not sure if I love him or if I love Louis" I said in a whispered voice and to top it off I started to cry

"WOW" She yelled, I looked at her put a finger to my mouth she nodded

"I still can't believe it.....Louis said he loves you and then you told Harry you love him but the true question here is...who do you really love?" She asked in a whispered voice

I looked at her, I was in shock that she asked me what I've been asking myself. I tried saying something but nothing came out....I truly don't know myself

"Crystal I.."

"Hey, it's me Perrie and Zayn can we come in?" Perrie cut me off 

"Yeah, sure come in" I said trying to change the subject that was on my hands and make it seem like I wasn't crying just moments ago

"Hey, so what you girls talking about?" Zayn asked, I looked at Crystal

"Nothing much, just that I finally told Harry I love him" I said with a fake smile, Crystal looked at me....I can tell she mad at me

"Really, that's great" Perrie said giving me a hug, I hugged her back

"So where Johannie?" Zayn asked

"She over there sleeping" I said turning my head to the side of my bed, just think in two more or one more day I'm out of here and finally get to go home and cry....just cry my heart out. Wow I sound like a girl you see in a sad movie where she lost everything and is crying though out the whole movie

"She so cute" Perrie said on the other side where my baby was, I didn't even see them go over there

"Thanks, I know right...Harry say she looks like me but I don't see it" I said

"What? Harry right, she looks like you a lot" Zayn said

"No...not even" I said kinda letting out a small laugh
