Third Person's POV
"What happened, Sweetheart?" Hyun asked as he kissed the back of Aerum's hand.
It has been six years since the two have been in a relationship that began in the last two months of high school and is still persistent when Aerum has graduated and Hyun is in the last year of his post-graduation.
They were in different colleges, but they never sacrificed their love for anything. Knowing each other like they know themselves. The love that began in school kept increasing as the years passed by.
They have love, respect, loyalty, trust, faith, humor, fights, bickering, longing for each other. But none of them changed, and nothing made them fall apart.
They came through all the differences together, and became stronger together only.
The love in 90s was like this... Talking with hushed tone on telephones, sending letters, lying to the family about hangout with friends and going on with their love interests. The sweet-difficult love it was.
Today was one of the days when Aerum lied to her family about going out with Eunsoo, but is having a date in the park with her boyfriend of six years, Jeon Junghyun.
And Hyun, he gave the same reason to sit under the shade of a tree, leaning on it, with his girlfriend Min Aerum sitting between his legs with her back on his chest.
Together they are reading a romantic novel that Aerum held with her right hand. Her left hand occupied by Hyun's hands as they played with Aerum's finger as the woman recited the story to him.
It was not a sunny day as the sun was playing hide and seek in collaboration with the clouds. The cold air wavering in the season of Autumn.
But Hyun noticed how the brunette was not having much expressions on her face as she read the romantic book. So, he asked that question.
He took the book out of Aerum's hand and put it aside, saying, "Let's keep this away for a while as my sugar will tell me what is bothering her."
He intertwined his hands with her's on her waist. Kissing the side of her head, he nuzzled on her brown hair.
"Honey?" Hyun called.
Aerum smiled a little on the sweet name. "My family is looking at marriage proposals for me," She says with her voice low.
"Oh?" Hyun reacts. "Did you like someone worthy enough?"
"Hyun..." Aerum warns gently.
Hyun gasps. "Don't tell me someone is more handsome than me for you!"
"Hyun, I'm serious," Aerum pleads as she sits up facing the noiret. Her deer looking brown eyes filled with tears, as she stares at Hyun in sheer helplessness.
The guy's smile wiped out when he noticed the condition of his lover. His eyebrows furrowed, as he cups her cheeks, asking, "Why are you crying, Honey?"
Aerum sniffs. She whispered, "I'm scared."
The noiret leans off the tree. He sits up. His thumbs caressing the cheekbones of Aerum. "Scared?" He whispers with a smile, "When your Hyun is with you?"
