Third Person POV
"What is it? What is it? What? What? What? See, I LOVE YOU but you have to tell me soon. Baby, honey, love, my prince---"
"I'll kick you out of this room if you don't keep calm!"
Aerum yelled at her husband, warning him to calm the man down.
Junghyun mumbled a sorry and began taking deep breaths, trying to relax himself. He is panicking.
He returned home from work. The apartment that he shares with his wife. Just as he spotted his wife reading a book, half sitting and half lying on the bed when Hyun began pleading impatiently.
Aerum said that she will tell him in the evening, not on the call. Hyun even came early from work today but his wife is just keeping the suspense to persist.
Aerum took out the reports from the drawer of the side table, she had a smile on her face but it was ignored by Hyun as the man was focused on his controlling his fast breathing.
Aerum rolled her eyes, but she stared affectionately at her husband. She is indeed lucky to have Hyun as her husband by her side.
She chuckled inaudibly but soon her eyes gleamed, wide when she got an idea. She smirked mischievously as she said to Hyun with fake mocking, "You look like you're in labor while I'll be the one giving birth." She looked at her husband expectedly for the reaction of her revelation.
Hyun groaned. "You are still joking. You called me in the morning telling you received the reports from the hospital. You told me to keep me anticipated but you didn't want to tell me on call---"
Aerum facepalmed herself at her stupid husband while the man kept complaining.
"---for god knows what reason. I finished my work early because my world's worst father wouldn't let me leave without that. And now when I'm home you are still stalling and stalling. Teasing me saying I look like I'm in labor while you will be the one giv---"
He paused.
He realized.
His heart thud louldy in his chest.
His breath snatched away.
His dark wide eyes locked with his wife's face, unblinking.
He felt the time stop.
He just froze.
Aerum bit her pink lips to control the bashful smile creeping up on her face, but the attempt went in vain. Her red cheeks and nose gave the shyness away.
Seeing his wife, Hyun strod towards her with his large steps. And Aerum hid herself in the comforter. She clutched the fabric tightly between her small palms.
