Confused//Nick Bean

Chapter 12

We finally arrived back to the hotel and I thanked Edwin and he went up to his room.

I walked into my room and saw Nick and Zach broadcasting. "Hey!" Zach screamed at me. "Hey!" I screamed back laughing.

"Come broadcast with us, they want to see you." Zach said waving for me to come over. I shook my head no and took of this bandage thing the doctor gave me to put on my eye.

"Oh damn." Zach said coming to inspect my eye. "Yeah." I said laughing. I looked over at Nick and he was just laughing and reading comments.

"Come on over Courtney! They want us to stage kiss." Nick said winking. "No I'm good." I said walking into the bathroom. "It's that time of the month." I heard Nick say as I shut the bathroom door.

I took a nice long shower and got dressed and when I went out Zach was gone and Nick was laying on the bed. "Hey." I said. "Hey." Nick said.

"So do you want to go do something tonight?" I asked him. "Uhm like what?" He asked. "I don't know like maybe walk on the beach."I said sitting down beside him.

"Yeah sure." He said getting up."You ready now?" He asked. "Yep." I said popping the p. "Okay let's go."He said grabbing my hand.

Nick is really confusing me. One minute he's all romantic and the next minute he's really distant.

We walked all the way to the beach and held hands. "The moon is so pretty." I said looking up at it. "Just like you." Nick said looking into my eyes. I blushed and put my head down.

"I think it's really cute when you blush." Nick said blushing aswell. I laughed and said"You too." He laughed.

"I'm sorry I couldn't go to the doctor with you this morning.Its just I was supposed to hang out with my friend that lives here and I haven't seen him in 3 years." Nick said looking down.

I kind of now felt bad about being rude to him. "It's okay I understand." I said looking at him. "I heard Edwin took you instead." Nick said looking at me.

"Yeah." I said not really knowing what else to say. "I saw it all over Twitter. People think that you guys are dating." He said.

"Dating? Me and Edwin? No." I said shocked. "So you aren't dating Edwin?" Nick asked. "No Nick I'm not dating Edwin and even if I was its none of your business. It's not like we are dating." I said laughing.

"But I want too." Nick said quietly. "What?" I asked. "Nothing Nevermind." He said laughing. "I do too." I said.

"You do?" He asked shocked. I nodded and he leaned in and so did I. Just as we were about to kiss a light was pointed on us.

We broke apart and it was a police officer. "Do you guys know that the beach is closed?" He said looking at us. "I'm sorry sir we had no idea." Nick told the police officer.

"You two come with me." He said grabbing me and Nicks arms. What did we get ourselves into?
