Confused//Nick Bean

Chapter 70

We landed in Cali and got our bags and then right when we got into the airport our fans, supporters, and mermaids and even zebruhs . They just mean a lot to all of us.

But anyway they all came running towards us and I probably looked like I just got ran over by a car. I literally cried the whole way on the plane.

I didn't really want to talk to anymore or for any one to see me so I just let the boys do there thing and I went to go look for my grandma and grandpa.

I found them. I ran up and hugged them and couldn't hold it in. I cried even more. My grandma was crying too but my grandpa was emotionless.

"What happened ?"I asked trying to get myself calm. Grandma just kept shaking her head but grandpa started to speak up.

"Your mom was killed. Me and your grandma went out for dinner and your mom wanted to stay home. We came back and she was just lying there on the bed with blood everywhere."My grandpa replied on the verge of tears.

"Oh god."I said falling to the floor hysterically in the middle of the airport. Nick and Zach came rushing over and Nick picked me up.

"I think we should go now."Zach said. So we followed my grandma and grandpa out to the car while Nick was carrying me like a baby.

We weren't able to go to my grandma and grandpas house because the police were still investigating and everything so they rented a house by the beach.

When we arrived all I wanted to do was hug and see my mom. It still doesn't feel real at all. I keep thinking its just a dream Courtney.You will wake up and your mom will be standing right over you.

But this is real life and I need to get that through my head. We went into the house and Zach and Nick were sharing a room and I had my own.

It was really beautiful here. I went in my room and my grandma and grandpa asked if I needed anything but all I wanted to do was be alone.

They understood and so did Zach and Nick. I went into the bathroom and took off my clothes and got in the shower.

I was in their for a long time but it just felt so good and relaxing. I always would take a shower when I had a lot on my mind.

After I got done I put on some jean shorts and a tank top with a sports bra underneath. I let my hair stay natural and just layed in bed.

I needed sleep so bad. I closed my eyes but I couldn't fall asleep.Tomorrow was my moms funeral and I knew I couldn't get through it alone. I sneaked out of my bedroom and went into Zach and Nick's.

They were both knocked out on the bed and I just crawled in between them and fell right asleep.
