Confused//Nick Bean

Chapter 14

I woke up to my alarm. Today was our last day in Orlando. I didn't really feel good to be honest.

I got up and went to he bathroom.I looked in the mirror and I looked
horrible. My nose was really stuffy and I kept coughing a lot.

Luckily my eye didn't look to bad anymore. I did my business and then got back in bed with Nick. Zach was still sleeping and so was Nick. It was only 9 in the morning so I just went back to sleep.

I heard Nick trying to wake me up."Ugh I don't feel good."I said putting the covers over my face.

"Let me see if you have a fever."Nick said checking my head and cheeks. "Courtney you're burning up."He said freaking out.

"Nick I'll be fine." I said. "Courtney you don't look good."Nick said. "Oh thanks."I said sarcastically.

"No not like that. Zach come here."Nick said calling Zach over."What's up?"He said sitting down on the bed next to me.

"Courtney's sick look at her." Nick said pointing to me. "Damn girl.You need to go to the doctor."Zach said backing away from me.

"You guys I will be fine I just need some rest.Just go have fun today."I said trying to get them to leave me alone.

"Courtney I don't think you should be alone."Nick said standing up. "Oh my gosh Nick I'm a big girl I can handle it."I said getting frustrated.

I absolutely hate when people keep talking to me while I'm sick. I just like to be alone and sleep.

"Okay but call me if you need anything."Nick said walking out the door with Zach. "Mhmm."I mumbled rolling back over in bed.

It was really hard to breathe since I couldn't breathe through my nose. I went into the bathroom and washed my face and took some medicine.

I layed back in bed and turned on the TV. Just as I was about to go back to sleep I heard a knock on the door.

I went and looked through the peep hole to see who it was. Oh great it was Edwin.

I opened the door and said "hey." "Hey I heard you were sick so I got you some soup from this little restaurant down the street."Edwin said handing me the soup.

"Aw thanks."I said just wanting him to leave. "Do you want me to stay?" Edwin asked. "No that's okay go have fun with the boys."I said hoping he would just leave.

"Are you sure?" He asked. "Yep."I said. "Okay call me if you want me to come back or take you to the doctor."He said leaving.

I shut the door and went to go lay back down but I started feeling really dizzy. I started loosing my balance and just passed out.
